Un ragazzo mi dice che in negozio c'è e mi riferisce il prezzo, insieme agli orari di apertura del negozio. Il martedì mi reco sul luogo e c'era una ragazza che mi ha detto che la versione fisica ( o codice download) non esiste, e che al massimo potevo comprare le ricariche da 25 o 50€. l'Adigeo è distante da dove vivo, avevo chiamato appositamente per non perdere ore inutilmente, cosa che invece è successa. Oltre a questo, la ragazza è stata anche scortese nei modi. Alla fine ho optato per comprare il DLC su Amazon. Sicuramente non tornerò da questo Gamestop. Aggiungo un EDIT in seguito alla risposta del proprietario: Il DLC è proprio ciò che stavo cercando, infatti ho scritto che l'ho poi dovuto comprare su Amazon. Ma mentre al telefono mi è stato detto "certo, vieni pure che costa 30€", in negozio è stato detto "No, al massimo compra una ricarica". Cosa che potevo fare in autonomia su PayPal. On Tuesday I go to the place and there was a girl who told me that the physical version (or download code) does not exist, and that at most I could buy refills of 25 or 50 €. the Adigeo is far from where I live, I had called specifically so as not to waste hours in vain, which instead happened. Other than that, the girl was also rude in the ways. Eventually I opted to buy the DLC on Amazon. I will definitely not go back to this Gamestop. I add an EDIT following the owner's response: The DLC is just what I was looking for, in fact I wrote that I then had to buy it on Amazon. But while on the phone I was told "sure, come on, it costs 30 €", in the shop I was told "No, at most buy a top-up". Which I could do independently on PayPal.

Personale molto simpatico e disponibile, sopratutto Katerina che mi ha seguito dall'inizio alla fine spiegandomi ogni particolare. infine mi ha anche applicato una bellissima pellicola sopra il pad! Il miglior Gamestop di Verona! I ordered a PS5 and after a week they called me to pick it up! TOP service. Very nice and helpful staff, especially Katerina who followed me from start to finish explaining every detail. finally he also applied a beautiful film over the pad to me! The best Gamestop in Verona!

Personale estremamente competente e cordiale, pronto a risolvere qualunque problema, specialmente la katerina che mi ha aiutato nei miei acquisti e sopratutto nella risoluzione dei problemi che altri non hanno saputo aiutarmi. Consiglio assolutamente come store, sia come competenze tecniche sia per la disponibilità dello staff. I have been a game stop customer for years, but I think the best game stop I went to was at the Adigeo.
