★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the mall to media world. Purchased a hover board. Took one step on it (I was well under the weight limit) and it broke.
Tried to return approximately 4 hours after I purchased it. However store policy, they basically rob you of your money. Once it's bought, it's bought and there is no return of items - which is never let known to you upon purchase.
The staff tried to be helpful but the store policy is the worst I've ever seen
I will never step foot in a media world again.
