★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata perché mi serviva uno smalto la commessa voleva a tutti costi farmi comprare la base che andava abbinata allo smalto ma che io avevo già..quando le ho detto che compravo solo lo smalto ha insistito di nuovo per la base e scocciata mi ha detto pure che quello singolo non potevo ma andava abbinato.. è stata molto maleducata.. poi dopo vari giri all interno del galassia ho ricevuto una chiamata in cui mi chiedevano di comprare uno smalto per un amica allora sono dovuta tornare dalla kiko e mi sono sentita dire una volta che ero alla cassa se volevo pensare se mi serviva un altro smalto così non sarei dovuta tornare ancora e che così non dovevano fare scontrini ancora, tutto con un tono arrogante e strafottente. Io e la mia amica siamo rimaste sconvolte e scioccate.

Una ragazzina molto scortese che si e' rivolta a me offendendomi perché ho fatto cadere inavvertitamente un rossetto esposto. Inoltre alla richiesta di un siero per il viso mi ha detto che le mie rughe sono troppo profonde! Ma non fate anche corsi di Bon ton alle vostre commesse? Evitero' il negozio ma soprattutto i prodotti Kiko cambiando marca..
