★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ottimo appartamento a san vito lo capo affittato tramite questa agenzia. Abbiamo optato per il trilocale Isule Apartments, posto ad angolo in pieno centro. bene attrezzato, pulito, e la vasca idromassaggio sul terrazzo una chicca.

 excellent apartment in san vito lo capo rented through this agency. We opted for the three-room Isule Apartments, located on a corner in the center. well equipped, clean, and the jacuzzi on the terrace a gem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo preso l'appartamento Biscus. Piccolo ma pulito e organizzato in maniera razionale. Sarebbe stata una vacanza perfetta se non fosse per la mancanza della lavatrice, che invece era descritta come disponibile. In zona di mare è un problema, con i vestiti che si sporcano facilmente. L'unica soluzione proposta è stata una lavanderia a gettone, a spese nostre. Peccato, rovinare una buona esperienza per mancanze di attenzione come questa.
We took the Biscus apartment. Small but clean and rationally organized. It would have been a perfect vacation if it weren't for the lack of a washing machine, which was described as available. In the seaside area it is a problem, with clothes that get dirty easily. The only solution proposed was a laundromat, at our expense. Too bad, ruining a good experience for lack of attention like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soggiorno pessimo. Il personale è scortese, i servizi praticamente assenti, eravamo in 5 in un residence e ci hanno fornito solo 4 bicchieri per l'acqua, inoltre mancavano 3 asciugamani.
Incredibile ma vero, una mattina dopo essere stati già 8 ore senza luce, va via di nuovo la corrente per tre volte ed alla terza volta una gentilissima signora dello staff, infastidita, in dialetto urla che sarebbe andata al contatore solo per l'ultima volta e che le ragazze potevano asciugare i capelli "all'aria fresca". Il giorno del check-out, previsto alle 10, la signora viene a bussare alle 9:41 dicendo che avremmo dovuto liberare la stanza e che lei non poteva mica aspettare noi.
Bad stay. The staff is rude, the services practically absent, there were 5 of us in a residence and they gave us only 4 glasses for water, also 3 towels were missing.
Incredible but true, one morning after having already been 8 hours without light, the power goes off again three times and on the third time a very kind lady of the staff, annoyed, screams in dialect that she would go to the meter only for the last time and that girls could dry their hair "in the fresh air". On the day of check-out, scheduled at 10, the lady comes knocking at 9:41 saying that we should have vacated the room and that she couldn't wait for us.

La pulizia buona ma non eccellente.
Ci hanno consegnato la casa con 3 ore di ritardo rispetto all'orario che loro avevano richiesto di arrivo e nessuno si è scusato.
The rented house in the center of San Vito had a very central position and was large and spacious.
Cleanliness good but not excellent.
They delivered the house 3 hours late compared to the time they had requested to arrive and no one apologized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. La signora Debora è stata scortese, scostante e per niente accogliente e la casa affittattata doveva trovarsi a 150 m dal mare e ci hanno mandati a 2 km. Prima di prendere possesso della casa abbiamo chiesto che venisse pulito il bagno perché sporco. Sconsigliatissimo!
Bad experience. Mrs. Debora was rude, unfriendly and not at all welcoming and the rented house was supposed to be 150 m from the sea and they sent us 2 km away. Before taking possession of the house we asked that the bathroom be cleaned because it was dirty. Not recommended!
