THE DEPOSIT OF 100 EUROS WAS SIMPLY NOT REFUNDED. WE WERE HIRED AT 6 AM, NO ONE CAME AND SO THERE WAS NO 100 EUROS ... WE HAD TO THE AIRPORT !! HOW DO YOU CALL SOMETHING?

Il comandante e Samuele sono due simpaticoni.

Scusi ma su quale base dice che e' falsa?
Allora le esprimo il mio concetto. Il turista non e' uno spovveduto. Ama la terra dove si e' racato in visita e spende soldi per ammirare le meraviglie del luogo. Non rifiuta una gita in escursione, vi ha scelto non per il prezzo proposto (verificato e uguale a tutte le altre agenzie del luogo), bensi' in base alle informazioni ricevute in agenzia , che creano un' aspettativa, in questo caso disattesa. Escursione e luoghi meravigliosi, servizio un po da migliorare.

In particolar modo quando tornano dal escursione a Favignana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le nostre aspettative sull'escursione alle isole Egadi sono state disattese dal momento che per ben due volte ci hanno avvisate, alle 21 di sera del giorno precedente la gita, che il pulmino che ci avrebbe dovuto portarci a Trapani per imbarcarci aveva un guasto tecnico! Premetto che avevamo già pagato per intero l'escursione in anticipo! Molto amareggiate per l'accaduto ci siamo rivolte presso altra agenzia e chiesto il rimborso, peraltro ricevuto fortunatamente. Risultato? Abbiamo speso meno ricevendo lo sesso servizio con la fortuna di ssere partite da San Vito anziché Trapani ed è stata bellissima con personale fantastico!
Our expectations on the excursion to the Egadi islands have been disregarded since they warned us twice, at 9 p.m. on the day before the trip, that the bus that should have taken us to Trapani to embark had a technical failure! I state that we had already paid for the excursion in advance! Very bitter about the incident we turned to another agency and asked for a refund, which was fortunately received. Result? We spent less receiving sex service with the luck of leaving San Vito instead of Trapani and it was beautiful with fantastic staff!
