★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un punto vendita specializzato in articoli per le pulizie di casa, l'igiene personale e la cosmesi, ben fornito per le dimensioni e ordinato. Meriterebbe quantomeno una stella in più se il personale addetto alle vendite fosse almeno sufficientemente preparato ad accogliere i clienti. Nessuno pretende false ruffianerie, ma la minima cortesia di chi conosce il mestiere non dovrebbe mai mancare.
Trovare la cassiera che fuma all'entrata del negozio e con aria di sufficienza rientra per fare meramente ciò per cui è pagata non contribuisce a lasciare una buona impressione nel cliente.
A store specializing in articles for house cleaning, personal hygiene and cosmetics, well stocked for its size and tidy. It would deserve at least one more star if the sales staff were at least sufficiently prepared to welcome customers. Nobody expects false pandering, but the slightest courtesy of those who know the trade should never be lacking.
Finding the cashier who smokes at the entrance to the store and comes back with a smug air to do merely what she is paid for does not help to leave a good impression on the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio con il cliente. La ragazza alla cassa gentile ma il proprietario estremamente maleducato e indisponente non sanno cosa sia il castomer service. Gli interessa solo vendere. Non come farlo.
Bad customer service. The girl at the cashier is kind but the owner is extremely rude and annoying, they don't know what castomer service is. He is only interested in selling. Not how to do it.
