★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ancora...molto da migliorare per quanto concerne i servizi in bike, soprattutto per quelli attinenti a visite di sentieri costieri in cui occorrono mezzi qualitativamente migliori. Per il resto...credo che vada bene con persone cordiali e disponibili. Sono certo che in futuro si organizzeranno al megljo per soddisfare anche le richieste di esperti biker e migliorare il parco bici con mezzi più efficienti.
Still ... much to improve with regard to bike services, especially for those relating to visits to coastal paths where better quality vehicles are needed. For the rest ... I think it goes well with friendly and helpful people. I am sure that in the future they will organize themselves well to satisfy the requests of expert bikers and improve the bike fleet with more efficient means.

Scooter a dir poco fatiscente … forcina rotta e privo di ammortizzatori … Chi da in fitto un mezzo di trasporto dovrebbe sapere che rischia grosso se non ha mezzi efficienti !!!!!
Attention ! Danger ! Attention ! Here I am ... I had to do this review for the protection of the safety of others. Scooter to say the least dilapidated ... hairpin broken and without shock absorbers ... Those who rent a means of transport should know that they risk big if they do not have efficient means !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizzata sia per il transfer da e verso l'aeroporto di che per un tour sulle isole di Favignana e Levanzo. Il servizio e' stato molto curato a livello di comunicazione ed il servizio ottimo.
Gli autisti oltre che simpatici sono disponibili, precisi e molto puntuali.
Used both for the transfer to and from the airport and for a tour on the islands of Favignana and Levanzo. The service was very accurate in terms of communication and excellent service.
The drivers as well as nice are available, precise and very punctual.

One of the Ebikes had an empty battery and huge loss of assistance after 1h of riding (after approximately 10km) I had to push it at some point.
We went mainly for a scooter that she said it was available for 1 day, when we decided to take it she started playing us as if we were children... Comeback this evening and we sign... You know what? Comeback tomorrow. Finally we heard her saying to one of her staff go get rid of them say the scooter has technical problems. Not Dear manager, We understand Italian we just don't know how to fluently answer that's why we communicate in English.
