CONTROLLATE SEMPRE SULLE CONFEZIONI!!! Visto che i prezzi assumono valori non indifferenti specialmente per le parti più pregiate. nothing to complain except that we have been selling tuna caught in the Atlantic Ocean (FAO34) by passing it off as Mediterranean bluefin tuna (FAO37) ... ALWAYS CHECK THE PACKAGES !!! Since the prices assume not indifferent values especially for the most valuable parts.

Una volta spedito il pacco mi sono accorta che ci hanno venduto tonno che proviene dal Pacifico, zona di Fukushima. Me ne sono accorta perché sulla scatola è riportato il Fao 77. Dovevo accorgermene prima di acquistarlo. .. F	Francesco Gugliotta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato una spedizione pochi giorni fa, con meraviglia all'arrivo del pacco ho trovato non poche sorprese spiacevoli a cominciare dall'olio fuoriuscito dai vasetti di ventresca, continuando con la maggior parte dei vasetti non chiusi ermeticamente (facevano il classico "clic clac" per intenderci) ed inoltre alcuni prodotti inviati non della marca che avevo scelto. Ho chiamato la titolare per delucidazioni in merito non avanzando ALCUNA richiesta di rimborso ed ho trovato dall'altra parte del telefono una persona a dir poco maleducata ed arrogante che ha concluso sbattendomi il telefono in faccia! Non andate assolutamente a comprare in questo negozio, non sono persone serie, a San Vito ci sono negozi nettamente migliori!!! Wir wollten diesen am nächsten Abend umtauschen, jedoch wurde die Verkäuferin sogleich wütend & wollte uns Nichts als Gegenleistung geben. Total kundenunfreundlich & die Preise sind überhaupt nicht gerechtfertigt. Ich würde niemals wieder in diesem Laden etwas kaufen. We bought a Primitivo red wine, but it didn't taste like a Primitivo at all & had a vinegar flavor. The wine also had cones. We wanted to exchange it the next evening, but the seller immediately got angry & didn't want to give us anything in return. Totally customer unfriendly & the prices are not at all justified. I would never buy anything from this store again.
