★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nette Angestellte, allerdings war das gebuchte Zimmer nicht beziehbar wegen einem Schaden und wir mussten in ein etwas abgelegeneres Apartment im Winter sind die Apartments nicht zu empfehlen schlecht isoliert und Eiskalt im Sommer aber bestimmt sehr schön!
Very nice staff, however, the booked room was not available due to damage and we had to stay in a slightly more remote apartment in winter, the apartments are not recommended badly isolated and freezing cold in the summer but certainly very nice!

C'est la recette idéale pour une déception !
"Hôtel" de faux standing à des prix incroyables pour les prestations offertes. Chambre sale, qui aurait besoin de rénnovation (mur fissuré, peinture cloquée, fenêtre simple vitrage...), qui ne se trouve pas réellement dans un hôtel mais un étage d'appartemments privés.
Le petit déjeuner est à la limite de l'acceptable, vous devez vous rendre dans un "restaurant" où l'acceuil est à vomir, et où 2 cappucinos et 4 croissants vous attendent.
Vraiment décevant à quasi 500€/3nuits on peut s'attendre à un hôtel de confort avec les prestations équivalentes.

This is the perfect recipe for a disappointment!
"Hotel" of false standard at incredible prices for the services offered. Dirty room, which would need renovation (cracked wall, blistered paint, single glazed window ...), which is not actually in a hotel but a floor of private apartments.
The breakfast is at the limit of the acceptable, you must go in a "restaurant" where the welcome is to vomit, and where 2 cappucinos and 4 croissants await you.
Really disappointing at almost € 500 / 3nights we can expect a comfortable hotel with equivalent services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made the mistake of booking here. You shouldn't. They demanded $500 in cash as a security deposit, and also demanded open-ended liability for me to pay for any potential "damages" during my stay, even though I've never in my life damaged a hotel room, as a condition of staying there. When I asked for a refund, they tried to trick me into canceling my non-refundable booking so they could keep the money and the room. Obviously, neither my husband nor I trust these people and yet they refuse to refund and cancel the reservation. Avoid!
Note: I noticed that they keep changing the location and name of the hotel by adding other words after "The Place" (and maybe changing it all together) once they get a bunch of bad reviews, so they can start fresh without any reviews again. Check out all the horrific reviews for "The Place - Golden Suite", for example.
