Unico disguido i conduttori si sono presentati alla firma del contratto pensando di poter ancora negoziare sul prezzo, sulla durata e sugli altri termini essenziali dell’accordo. Consiglio di spiegare meglio a tutte le parti coinvolte che quando ci si presenta alla firma del contratto gli elementi essenziali dell’accordo non possono essere modificati, anche perché sono già stabiliti nella proposta. Personale disponibile e professionale. Consiglio di rivolgervi a loro.
I turned to this agency to rent out my apartment. Everything went fine. The only problem was that the tenants showed up for the signing of the contract thinking they could still negotiate on the price, duration and other essential terms of the agreement. I recommend explaining better to all the parties involved that when you show up for the signing of the contract, the essential elements of the agreement cannot be changed, also because they are already established in the proposal. Helpful and professional staff. I recommend that you contact them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nella zona di agenzie immobiliari ce ne sono molte, per esperienza diretta sia nell’ambito della locazione che per la vendita nessuna di quelle limitrofe è paragonabile per serietà e professionalità a Tecnocasa di Viale Corsica.
Il mio ringraziamento speciale a Clarissa e a Salvatore per avermi prima di tutto tranquillizzato, ho avuto esperienze veramente negative con agenti immobiliari improvvisati e oltremodo sfaticati; grazie a Studio 2r Srl nel giro di un mese ho venduto il mio bilocale in zona al prezzo che mi ero prefissato.
Non è stata una casualità ma lavoro e serietà! Dal fotografo a visite constatate (più di 15) la trattativa si è conclusa come è iniziata con serietà e professionalità.
Consiglio in maniera convinta di rivolgersi a loro, in zona sono di gran lunga i migliori. Scrivo questa recensione perché proprio grazie ad una precedente pubblicazione ho incontrato loro.

My special thanks to Clarissa and Salvatore for reassuring me first of all, I have had really bad experiences with improvised and extremely lazy real estate agents; thanks to Studio 2r Srl, within a month I sold my two-room apartment in the area at the price I had set.
It was not a coincidence but work and seriousness! From the photographer to observed visits (more than 15) the negotiation ended as it began with seriousness and professionalism.
I strongly recommend to contact them, in the area they are by far the best. I write this review because thanks to a previous publication I met them.
