S	Simone Luigino Magnoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rispondo ad un annuncio relativo ad un’abitazione in vendita e ricevo una risposta ambigua in cui mi viene richiesto di fornire maggiori dettagli relativamente a ciò che cerco e la zona di Milano. Io rispondo di essere interessato a quell’immobile e che desidero ricevere maggiori informazioni e possibilmente delle foto. Il giorno stesso ho anche chiamato e mi viene detto che avrei ricevuto risposta quanto prima. Dopo alcuni giorni ho scritto nuovamente senza ricevere alcuna risposta. Se questo è il modo in cui trattate i clienti complimenti: ci sta dimenticare di rispondere ad una mail, ma due mi pare del tutto fatto apposta dato che l’annuncio pubblicato è stato rimosso dopo poche ore. Non voglio insinuare che l’annuncio fosse truffaldino per attirare possibili clienti, ma visto il comportamento qualche dubbio mi viene. I respond to an ad relating to a home for sale and receive an ambiguous response in which I am asked to provide more details about what I am looking for and the Milan area. I reply that I am interested in that property and that I would like to receive more information and possibly photos. The same day I also called and was told that I would get an answer as soon as possible. After a few days I wrote again without receiving any response. If this is the way you treat customers, congratulations: we are forgetting to reply to an email, but two of them seem entirely on purpose since the published ad was removed after a few hours. I do not want to imply that the announcement was fraudulent to attract potential customers, but given the behavior I have some doubts.
