★ ★ ★ ★ ★ prodotti carini e di qualità a buon prezzo, soprattutto durante i saldi, periodo in cui la catena si premura di organizzare delle offerte vantaggiose. l'unica cosa è la scarsa privacy riservata ai clienti. le commesse sono gentili e disponibili, non ti fanno mai sentire come un peso, come purtroppo capita altrove. ma stanno un po' troppo addosso: non puoi stare in piedi ad aspettare un'amica che si prova una cosa che subito parte il terzo grado, come se dovessi giustificare ogni braccio che alzi nel loro punto vendita. non importa quante volte dici che non ti serve niente, hai già scelto, già provato il capo che ti interessava. in più spingono decisamente troppo sulle promozioni, puntando sulla vendita aggressiva. per dare l'idea, una mia amica si stava provando un reggiseno, apre la tenda del camerino chiedendomi un consiglio, e una di loro si è dovuta intromettere, nonostante il nostro evidente imbarazzo. va bene l'attenzione al cliente ma così è troppo.
 nice and quality products at a good price, especially during the sales, a period in which the chain takes care to organize advantageous offers. the only thing is the lack of privacy reserved for customers. the orders are kind and helpful, they never make you feel like a burden, as unfortunately happens elsewhere. but they are a little too much on: you can't stand waiting for a friend to try something that immediately starts the third degree, as if you had to justify every arm you raise in their store. no matter how many times you say you don't need anything, you've already chosen, already tried on the garment you were interested in. in addition, they push far too much on promotions, focusing on aggressive sales. to give the idea, a friend of mine was trying on a bra, opens the curtain of the dressing room asking me for advice, and one of them had to interfere, despite our obvious embarrassment. attention to the customer is fine but that's too much.
