Una commessa bionda dopo 10 min che aspettavamo ci dice che la taglia non era disponibile ma noi l avevamo giá vista sugli scaffali. Dopo altri dieci minuti chiama un'altra collega che trova suvito la taglia e ci fa il cambio in2minuti.
Efficienza, disponibilitá verso il cliente e voglia di lavorare davvero scarsa.
I went with my wife to change the size of a gift. After 10 minutes of waiting, a blonde shop assistant tells us that the size was not available but we had already seen it on the shelves. After another ten minutes, he calls another colleague who finds his size and makes the change in 2 minutes.
Efficiency, availability to the customer and really poor desire to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Yamamay made a mistake with my order, and after emailing 4 times without getting any response, I visited the store to resolve the issue. The store attendant was completely unwilling to help, and send me away. It is impossible to reach Yamamay via any other channel to resolve my problem. It seems like this company does not care about their customers whatsoever, and I will for sure not return to this shop again.
