★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small shop.. Don't have many products, and the sales are not available once you enter..the staff is a little picky.. They treat you nice only if you actually say you want to buy something and they also look at what you are wearing.. I think this is the way marketing works.. But I saw people dressed real bad going and buying a Lot of stuff.. You shouldn't judge a client and treat them bad or good only if they are dressed nice or bad or if they tell you they want to buy or not.. It's a pity cause this is the only Victoria secret shop in center of Milano.. If you want to go to the other 2 Victoria secret you have to have a car cause they are outside Milano area...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there last week for the first time, while my stay in Milan.
The staff is so polite. I was offered 3 products for 40€, so I bought some and they gifted me a little PINK cosmetics bag.
Otherwise, there's a small space in the store and I noticed that there aren't clothes like sportswear, pyjamas, sleep line, etc.; mainly cosmetics (body lotions, mists, bath bombs, lipsticks, perfumes). You can also buy bags, which are pretty expensive.
I wish there were more bras than just panties (Well, thats what I was able to see while I was in there. I was in hurry). Mark 4, in general. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luxury Lingeries store new in town of Bergamo. Fancy and glamour look. Nice and very helpfull staff. If you are a turist in Bergamo and a fan of VS brand then you must visit this Fab store in Orio Center! Well recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ?I visited this store today in Milan. I am SOOO angry and dissapointed how the staff behaved!!! I chose a coconut scrab, went to the cashier to pay. There were only 2 pc. of that scrab left on the shelve. I noticed that one of them was half open (probably by another customer before me). And I said to the staff I want the other one, which looks better to me, unopen (COVID TIMES!). AND WHAT DO YOU THINK?! I ariived at the hotel and saw, they put the other (open) one on purpose... ? When I opened my purchase I noticed someone's fingerprints inside the srab! SHAME ON YOU!??? I am sad I had flight, otherwise I would had gone back and told them how the honest and good quality service should look like!
I am kindly asking the management of that store to discuss this situation with their employees and make sure this kind of store can provide an honest service to their "beloved" customers ASAP... Shame on you again! ???
