M	Malu' Nicoletti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vecchissima bottega, nella vecchia Milano, in un magico triangolo ai cui vertici troviamo Sant'Ambrogio, Università Cattolica e via brisa con le sue vestigia romane dal fascino indiscutibile!...ora della vecchia patina non è rimasto niente se non l 'usuale gentilezza ...anche alcune delle vecchie commesse sono andate in pensione...nato come panetteria, ora, dopo il restyling, gli spazi si sono allargati in un minuscolo market dove, però a farla da padroni sono sempre i prodotti dell'arte bianca con farine speciali di altissima qualità, lieviti madre x focacce, pizze, brioches...pasta fresca ed in questo periodo pasticceria carnevalesca...si possono trovare prodotti di nicchia, per ciò che concerne la pasta...per pane, è impagabile quello a mezza cottura, che oltre a rimanere morbido nel tempo, ci ripaga con il suo gusto che ricorda vecchi sapori! L'annessa salumeria, nata dopo il vecchio forno, è sicuramente all'altezza, salumi meravigliosi dall'aria succulenta, vastissima scelta di formaggi, arrosti e, per non farci mancare nulla..una invitante porchetta..è possibile acquistare vaschette di cibo pronto, sempre confezionato da loro...Non mancano bevande ed ottimi vini, anche qui massima gentilezza e professionalità.. Desde milanesas hasta aceitunas gigantes, croquetas de arroz 4 quesos, verduras a la parrilla, vitelo tonnato, burrata, y mil maravillas más junto a unos excelentes fiambres para el antipasto. El dependiente muy amable y simpático. No duden en visitarlo, lo querrán probar todo. Il crudo superiore, le ricottine fresche tutto di altissima qualita' e non caro come si potrebbe immaginare. Il crudo non ha assolutamente rivali e il suo prezzo e' di pochissimo superiore al supermercato (dove si compra plastica). A pranzo e' sempre pieno perche' serve piatti pronti per gli uffici della zona.
