One of the few max and Co that makes discounts that are always higher than the others. The orders are very kind and do not stress you to buy! It's my favorite max and Co.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo. Mi sono rivolta a loro per l’acquisto di un abito per cerimonia. Le commesse molto gentili, mi hanno consigliato un abito a prezzo pieno, assieme ad una cinta e un paio di scarpe dal costo di circa €200,00 con sconto del 20%.
Decido di acquistare il tutto, nonostante sia leggermente fuori dal budget previsto. Pago e esco dal negozio tranquilla. 10 min dopo mi chiamano per farmi tornare indietro a pagare la differenza, perché la commessa ha sbagliato e le scarpe non sono scontate. Mi girano ovviamente le scatole ma avendo lascito l’abito in sartoria per essere accorciato, sono costretta ad andare a pagare la differenza e non faccio storie.
Una settimana dopo vado a ritirare l’abito che, non solo non è ancora pronto e devo aspettare, ma mi fanno anche pagare ulteriori 20€ per la sarta, che guarda caso la commessa aveva dimenticato di dirmi. Ovviamente senza fattura o scontrino.
Morale della favola, state molto attenti ai prezzi e alle commesse pronte a derubarvi.
Bad service. I turned to them for the purchase of a ceremony dress. The very kind shop assistants recommended a full price dress, along with a belt and a pair of shoes costing around € 200.00 with a 20% discount.
I decide to buy everything, despite being slightly out of the budget. I pay and leave the quiet shop. 10 min later they call me to go back to pay the difference, because the saleswoman made a mistake and the shoes are not discounted. Obviously the boxes turn around but having left the dress in the tailor shop to be shortened, I am forced to pay the difference and I don't make a fuss.
A week later I go to pick up the dress which, not only is it not ready yet and I have to wait, but they also make me pay an additional € 20 for the seamstress, who happens to have forgotten to tell me. Obviously without invoice or receipt.
Moral of the story, be very careful about prices and orders ready to rob you.

L’altezzoso staff del negozio Marella vicino avrebbe molto da imparare.

La cortesia e l'attenzione al cliente fanno la differenza e in questo negozio, questo "semplice" concetto è stato compreso e realizzato pienamente.
