★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do' una stella perché non posso dare meno. Questa primavera ho comprato due paia di pantaloni nel negozio Elena Mirò di C.so Buenos Aires, adesso chiuso. Costo non da poco, eravamo sui 100 euro a capo. Quando è arrivato il momento di doverli lavare, ho guardato etichetta interna. Sono rimasta perplessa. I pantaloni non si potevano lavare a mano, ma neanche a secco, non si potevano stirare. Tutti i simboli erano sbarrati. Li ho lavati ugualmente, a mano, nel modo più delicato possibile e li ho stesi ad asciugare. Si sono ristretti e accorciati, praticamente non si possono più indossare. Ero già stata cliente di Elena Mirò anni fa e ho sempre trovato capi soddisfacenti, di buona qualità anche se di prezzi non bassi, ma adesso la qualità è scesa notevolmente sia per le stoffe usate che per le rifiniture. I prezzi sono rimasti alti, non giustificabili. Non ci tornerò più.
I give a star because I cannot give less. This spring I bought two pairs of trousers in the Elena Mirò shop in C.so Buenos Aires, now closed. Cost not just, we were about 100 euros each. When it came time to wash them, I looked at the inside label. I was perplexed. The trousers could not be hand washed, but neither could they be dry cleaned, they could not be ironed. All symbols were crossed out. I washed them anyway, by hand, in the most delicate way possible and I hung them out to dry. They have shrunk and shortened, practically can no longer be worn. I had already been a customer of Elena Mirò years ago and I have always found satisfactory garments, of good quality even if not at low prices, but now the quality has dropped considerably both for the used fabrics and for the finishes. Prices remained high, unjustifiable. I will not go back there again.
