★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da cliente assai fidelizzata al marchio (e al negozio di Corso Vittorio Emanuele... per fortuna), in questo punto vendita ho registrato una customer experience pessima. Commesse distratte e per nulla interessate alle esigenze del cliente (chiedo un oggetto bianco o beige e me lo portano blu...); negozio disordinato; poca educazione/saluti; 4 o 5 persone intente solo a giocare col bambino della collega e a far provare abiti alla stessa. Forse una parte del gentilissimo personale del negozio in centro dovrebbe andare a fare tirocinio... ora come ora questo è solo un posto dove NON andare.
As a loyal customer to the brand (and to the Corso Vittorio Emanuele shop ... luckily), in this store I have experienced a very bad customer experience. Distracted orders and not at all interested in customer needs (I ask for a white or beige object and they bring it to me blue ...); messy shop; little education / greetings; 4 or 5 people only intent on playing with the colleague's child and trying on clothes for her. Maybe a part of the very kind staff of the shop in the center should go for an internship ... right now this is just a place NOT to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima boutique con capi selezionati..se non c'è la taglia ma il capo ti piace si può ordinare quella che desideri con ritiro in negozio o con recapito ( gratuito) al domicilio.volevo in particolare segnalare la gentilezza e professionalità della direttrice signora Claudia che è riuscita a risolvermi un problema di una gift card scaduta da poco scrivendo all'azienda e poi avvertendo telefonicamente del buon esito!
Excellent boutique with selected garments .. if there is no size but the garment you like you can order the one you want with collection in the store or with (free) delivery at home. who managed to solve a problem of a recently expired gift card by writing to the company and then informing by telephone of the success!
