Chiedo conferma se chiusa è 20 allora lei la misura col centimetro senza estensione e mi conferma che è 20 senza.
Bene ne prendo 2 spendo 220 euro.
Nel dubbio guardo su Internet e sul sito dicono il contrario 22 cm chiusa 25 senza estensione. Non si può vendere un articolo senza sapere neanche di cosa si tratta. Al Cliente farebbe piacere Un po' di competenza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't make the same mistake I did! I bought a small "leather" purse in 2007. The exterior is in great shape but the faux leather that lines every piece has peeled and cracked. The faux liner is so bad that it actually scrapes off with a gentle scratch. I absolutely hate this kind of product, so phoney, so fake. Shortly after I bought it, one of the clasps came loose and even though I was careful, the parts fell off and were lost. I tried to contact Carpisa for a replacement but they never replied to my requests for assistance. I would discourage anyone from purchasing any of their products. It's dishonest marketing to say "Vera Pelle Made in Italy". They should be ashamed. Really trashy product. The point of buying a leather bag is they should last forever if you take care of it. This damage all happened in storage. Don't fall for this phoney "leather " bag!
