★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional sales staff. I went there today after my work and I just wanted to take a look and go back on Saturday. Sales assistant practicaly took the dress from my hand at 19.50 and told me that they are closing. I will never go back there.
P.S. You just lost a frequent customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just went this place for buy a present for my mom because it offers same product with maxmara... but prices are not reasonable. They want 500 euro for coat but in maxmara store it is 550 euro. So why i buy this coat without any brand?!?!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worth a visit. You may get lucky. Some quality dresses suitable for going out or weddings at discounted prices from max mara or max&co. Can be crowded as shop is narrow and small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two days ago my bag was been stolen in this store. I asked the shop assistant for help but they didn’t give any help. In fact, they was keep blaming me and even wanted to smile for my loss. I asked that if they have camera, they just said “NO, They Don’t Have”. In the last, I begged them to help me call the police. They told me: “It’s unnecessary to call the police ! No body will help you! It’s useless!” I really don’t know how can they treat customers like this! I will never go inside again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The attitude of the stuffs are the worst I have ever seen, I don’t know what are they doing when customers comes to here, they just stand in the cash desk and talking, even don’t see a sight to customers. They are acting as playing in their home or they are the boss of the store.
I wanted find a size of a coat, nobody ask me a word even there are many stuff had seen my eyes.
I was worrying if I was air.
Finally I asked them for a size of 155cm and she just told me she don’t know what is 155 although you can fine this wash ticket on every coat. There is no professional and no responsible.
I told them it is the same with 36. She check on a table, let me wait 5 minutes and she disappeared.
I waited for 10 minuets but nobody came. So I have to ask for another time, she told me it’s sold out and she gone as a wind.
I don’t know why they take the salary but work as the customers killed their all families.
I will public this to all the internet let others know their problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a line to get in, approx 30 min waiting time (Tuesday noon time). Max 25 people in the store due to covid regulations.
This is a shop where you get premium label clothes without the label (it is literally cut out).
The assortment was really nice, one just has to be in a shopping mood to go through all the items and also be prepared to ask for different sizes, which are not always all on display. I generally had the feeling that they mostly had bigger sizes 40+ or L+.
Prices are pretty decent. A coat could range from 150 to 350€, with some more expensive pieces between 500-1000€ which were Max Mara pieces I think.
If you're e looking for high quality made in italy apparel, accessories and shoes, this is the palce to go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff attitudine is very bad, most of them are not helpful and rude. You can notice from the time you enter the store they do not care about the client’s experience.
I went yesterday at 7:30pm (please note that the store closes at 8pm). I asked for a specific size that wasn’t on display and they went “it is in the warehouse, no time to go over there, come back another day”. I came again today and they were beyond rude! They kept me waiting for 20 minutes and when I dare to ask were my dress was they answered with the worst attitude. I literally ran away!
I am so disappointed about my experience, I won’t never come back to this Intrend store in Milano. The manager should take actions on the staff.
