In un mercato veloce come quello di Milano è fondamentale il ruolo dell'agenzia, che molto spesso è poco disponibile con l'acquirente, perché tanto sanno che la casa viene comunque venduta in fretta! Siamo stati assistiti da Nicholas, che si è subito dimostrato molto disponibile ad accogliere ogni nostra richiesta e a fornirci tutte le informazioni di cui avessimo bisogno. Ci è stato di supporto per ogni passaggio burocratico ben oltre quelli che fossero i suoi compiti. Ha dimostrato di conoscere molto bene il quartiere, ha preparato un ottimo annuncio con bellissime fotografie pubblicato sulle principali piattaforme. E' riuscito a permetterci di vendere il nostro immobile al prezzo che avevamo ipotizzato in breve tempo e seguendoci dal primo all'ultimo minuto. Non avrei potuto chiedere di più ad un'agente immobiliare.

He was supportive for every bureaucratic step beyond what his duties were. He has shown that he knows the neighborhood very well, he has prepared an excellent announcement with beautiful photographs posted on the main platforms. He managed to allow us to sell our property at the price we had assumed in a short time and following us from the first to the last minute. I couldn't have asked for more from a real estate agent.
