★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno,dal vostro racconto non siette solo aggressivi con il cliente che vi porta il pane,anche bugiardi!Prima di tutto sono passata alle 15.00 dopo mio turno di lavoro,secondo nessuno a parlato della amica ma bensì vuoi a proppormi un 3 locali in via Pisanello nuda proprietà,spaventandomi che con 400/500.000 non avrei mai trovato un apartamento nella zona 7,come sono gia proprietaria dei immobili so benissimo come funcziona,per dimostrare la mia verità posso pubblicare qui la registrazione delle frasi pronunciati dalla 3 persona che nessuno la citata in causa,anzi ha mancato di rispettoso alla sua colega come fossi una che non sa cio che mi propone.1) Non mi deve intimidire con sedi opportune che io non mi faccio intimidire perche sono dalla parte della ragione,2)Ogni giorno da 26 anni in qui sento per strada e ovvunque quando due italiani litigano subito parte la frase Denuncia,purttroppo la mia cultura e ben diversa.3)Parlando eri con chi di dovere che fa parte della Tecnorete mi ha confermato che la signora in questione e conosciuta per la sua arroganza con i suoi coleghi stessi. Seri, gentili e super disponibili. Mi sono rivolta a loro per poter vendere il mio appartamento e il servizio è stato unico: già dall’inizio si differenziano con una specifica spiegazione della loro metrologia lavorativa, foto professionali all’appartamento e affiancamento durante tutta la fase di vendita.
Giulia e tutti gli altri ragazzi sono stati bravissimi ad accogliere le mie richieste e in meno di quanto pensassi sono riusciti a vendere il mio appartamento trovando l’acquirente giusto! Ho apprezzato molto l’attenzione posta quasi come se fosse anche un po’ il loro appartamento.

Serious, kind and super helpful. I turned to them to be able to sell my apartment and the service was unique: from the very beginning they differentiate themselves with a specific explanation of their working metrology, professional photos of the apartment and support throughout the sales phase.
Giulia and all the other guys were very good at accommodating my requests and in less than I thought they were able to sell my apartment by finding the right buyer! I really appreciated the attention paid almost as if it were also a little bit their apartment.
