★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perché non permettete le visite ai pazienti tutti i giorni come da decreto del ministero della sanità?! Solo una volta a settimana in orari impossibili: 13.00 oppure 13.45... Questo non credo sia legale, ho già inviato una segnalazione all'ats e penso andare oltre se non mi permetterete vedere mio padre con frequenza!
 Why don't you allow visits to patients every day as per the decree of the ministry of health ?! Only once a week at impossible times: 13.00 or 13.45 ... I don't think this is legal, I have already sent a report to the ATS and I think I will go further if you will not allow me to see my father frequently!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata nella hab 10 gennaio di via fornari con appuntamento e dopo 1 ora e mezza non mi chiamavano, in effetti non riuscivo a capire come mai c'era tanta gente seduta e non chiamavano, ho sollecitato diverse volte e finalmente dopo aver parlato con il medico mi faceva presente che erano rimasti senza vaccini e li stavano aspettando e non sapeva quando avrebbero fatto la consegna. Capisco che non dipendeva da loro ma potevano perlomeno informarci. Così ho deciso di andare sempre al Pio Albergo Trivulzio du via Bezzi dove avevo già fatto le altre dosi e nel giro di 10 minuti mi hanno fatto la 3 dose. Qui sempre gentili e disponibili.
I went to the hab 10 January in via fornari with an appointment and after 1 hour and a half they did not call me, in fact I could not understand why there were so many people sitting and they did not call, I solicited several times and finally after speaking with the doctor pointed out that they had run out of vaccines and were waiting for them and did not know when they would have the delivery. I understand that it was not up to them but they could at least inform us. So I decided to always go to the Pio Albergo Trivulzio du via Bezzi where I had already done the other doses and within 10 minutes they made me the 3rd dose. Here always kind and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is also a COVID Vaccine location. They seem to administer either Moderna or Pfizer depending on recent health conditions.
There are two buildings after you enter the gate (A and B). I was sent to A. From the time you are at the front desk where they scan your information it will take about 1 hour to receive the vaccine, and then you wait 15 minutes in case you have a reaction. If there is a line in the hallway before the front desk it will take longer than an hour.
Overall the experience was great, and people are nice even though I only speak a little Italian. I arrived at 8:30am on a Sunday and there was only a line after that time. Wait times will probably be around 2 hours later in the day.
