Sempre rintracciabili telefonicamente e puntuali nelle risposte. Un grazie anche ai volontari ed agli addetti al triage. I wanted to thank all the Intermediate Care staff for how they looked after my mom. They have always been there and available. Always traceable by phone and punctual in the answers. Thanks also to the volunteers and triage staff.

Mia nonna è stata ricoverata per due settimane per uno scompenso cardiaco, nel suo reparto era presente un signore positivo al covid, la nonna ci è stata mandata a casa con il covid. Avevano effettuato il tampone non tenendo conto dell’incubazione. Ora è ricoverata all’humanitas in terapia intensiva con poche speranze . Errori che costano la vita! Bad place, rude staff. Lack of accuracy towards patients. My grandmother was hospitalized for two weeks for heart failure, a covid positive man was present in her ward, grandmother was sent home with covid. They had carried out the swab without taking into account the incubation. Now she is admitted to humanitas in intensive care with little hope. Mistakes that cost your life!

Non è da una stella, perché comunque il personale incontrato di persona è gentile ed educato, ma la struttura in sè non è per niente organizzata. - Non chiamano quasi mai per avvisare i familiari. - Quando siamo noi a chiamare, risponde la "portineria" e ci passano il reparto in cui è in riabilitazione il paziente, ma nulla, il reparto non risponde se non chiamato 20 volte. - Non abitiamo a due passi dalla struttura, anzi, non abito proprio a Milano, ma vado volentieri a trovare una persona della mia famiglia. Il problema? Una volta mi sono presentato con appuntamento, ho attesa e alla fine si è scoperto che stava facendo una visita, quindi mi hanno rimandato a casa, ma per fortuna questa cosa è successa solo una volta. Questi però sono problemi minori, tutte le strutture hanno i propri problemi, la cosa che però mi ha lasciato senza parole è il fatto che la struttura ha chiuso per la terza volta (da quando mio nonno è al suo interno) per la quarantena. Ho già capito che mio nonno non riuscirà più a guarire, visto che ogni due settimane è in quarantena per due settimane (ripeto, è la per riabilitazione), quindi ogni progresso fatto viene fatto tornare allo stato iniziale, visto che non credo che in quarantena facciano fare chissà quali esercizi a mio nonno. Mi spiace ma per ora la mia esperienza non consiglia assolutamente la struttura. Bad personal experience. The problem? I once showed up with an appointment, waited and eventually it turned out he was paying a visit, so they sent me home, but luckily this only happened once. However, these are minor problems, all the structures have their own problems, but the thing that left me speechless is the fact that the structure closed for the third time (since my grandfather was inside) for quarantine. I have already understood that my grandfather will no longer be able to heal, since every two weeks he is in quarantine for two weeks (I repeat, it is for rehabilitation), so any progress made is returned to the initial state, since I do not believe that in quarantine make my grandfather do who knows what exercises. I'm sorry but for now my experience absolutely does not recommend the structure.

Io operata al ginocchio con protesi ho solo incontrato una buona infermiera il personale troppo lento a far igiene , si chiacchera troppo nn vedo organizzazione 2mattine arrivano troppo tardi a lavarti. Dico che sono allergica lattice entrano tutti con guanti in lattice. Nn comunicano molto tra di loro. X to protect you prevent you from getting hygienic for 1 week alone. I operated on my knee with prosthesis I only met a good nurse the staff too slow to clean up, they chat too much I don't see organization 2mornings they arrive too late to wash you. I say I'm allergic to latex they all come in with latex gloves. They don't communicate much with each other.

Hanno qualche problema con le indicazioni, sono messe male. Il personale mi è sembrato molto gentile. Non metto 4'stelle solo per l'attesa lunghissima. Eravamo in 4' pazienti, ed ognuno ha dovuto aspettare più di un'ora per una eco. Sono arrivata nell'orario stabilito, cioè 12:10 e sono uscita alle 13:40. Devo però dire che il dottore era molto preparato, bravo nelle spiegazioni e meticoloso nel controllo. Un po' lento magari... I was a few days ago to do a thyroid ultrasound.
