Competent, professional staff. Children are followed very carefully. We have had great results in the 3 years we have been followed.

Non inviano fattura se non dopo moltissime sollecitazioni (dopo 3 mesi), non rispondono alle email, alla richiesta di inviare l'attestato cartaceo rispondono in modo molto maleducato e scortese. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura. Rude and unprofessional administrative staff. They do not send an invoice until after a lot of solicitations (after 3 months), they do not respond to emails, when asked to send the paper certificate they respond in a very rude and rude way. I strongly advise against this structure.

Riporto dunque la mia esperienza solo per quanto concerne questo corso che a mio avviso è stato progettato e realizzato molto male. Vi è stata una presentazione generale molto curata sull'argomento DSA , ma è stata posta molta poca attenzione alla parte relativa all'intervento, a mio avviso la più importante in quanto futuri Tutor DSA che dovranno occuparsi dell'aspetto riabilitativo. Attualmente sto approfondendo lo studio con alcuni testi della Erickson in quanto, nonostante abbia superato l'esame, mi sento totalmente impreparata a prendere in carico un soggetto con DSA. Durante il corso sono stati ripetuti argomenti già trattati da altri docenti nelle lezioni precedenti. Alcuni insegnati erano davvero molto bravi, altri meno. In primis la responsabile della scuola, assolutamente molto preparata sull'argomento, ma a mio avviso in difficoltà nelle spiegazioni e nella preparazione del materiale per le lezioni. Inoltre ho mandato a lei due e-mail di chiarimento a cui non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Sono stati fatti approfondimenti (2 lezioni) psicologici sull'argomento, ma è stato dato poco spazio alla parte relativa agli strumenti. Consiglio il corso "TUTOR DSA" di tale centro solo per avere un'infarinatura generale sull'argomento. I recently attended the course for "Tutor DSA" at this center. Therefore, I report my experience only with regard to this course which in my opinion was very poorly designed and implemented. There was a very accurate general presentation on the DSA topic, but very little attention was paid to the part relating to the intervention, in my opinion the most important as future DSA Tutors who will have to deal with the rehabilitation aspect. I am currently deepening my study with some Erickson texts as, despite having passed the exam, I feel totally unprepared to take charge of a subject with SLD. During the course, topics already covered by other teachers in previous lessons were repeated. Some teachers were very good indeed, others less so. First of all the head of the school, absolutely very prepared on the subject, but in my opinion in difficulty in the explanations and in the preparation of the material for the lessons. I also sent her two e-mails for clarification to which I never received a reply. Psychological insights (2 lessons) were made on the subject, but little space was given to the part relating to the tools. I recommend the "TUTOR DSA" course of this center just to have a general smattering of the subject.

Non rispondono a telefono, mail e whatsapp. Basti pensare che aspettiamo il materiale didattico del servizio "I Girasolini" della bimba da settembre 2020 (solo perché da me reclamato!); per consegnarlo, aspettano di veniere nella sede di via Candiani (anche questo, non visto come un impegno, ma come un qualcosa da affidare al caso). Personale giovane e, ovviamente, pieno di voglia di fare, ma non è tutto. Bad management, unprofessional, entrusted to improvisation. They don't answer phone, mail and whatsapp. Suffice it to say that we are waiting for the educational material of the girl's "I Girasolini" service from September 2020 (only because it was claimed by me!); to deliver it, they wait to come to the headquarters in via Candiani (this too, not seen as a commitment, but as something to be entrusted to chance). Young staff and, of course, full of desire to do, but that's not all.
