Dopo due spesi spesi inutilmente tra visite varie e antidolorifici per niente efficaci, approdare alla Maggiolina è stata la salvezza. Risolutivi la visita fisiatrica e il piano terapeutico con palestra, tekar e laser. Grandissima professionalità: medici, fisioterapisti e operatori di cabina. E grandissima gentilezza, da non dare affatto per scontata. Il mio centro di riferimento quando ho qualche acciacco. Ho avuto sin da subito un' ottima impressione dal primo contatto telefonico con la Sig.ra Federica (mi pare si chiami), molto chiara e precisa nel dare informazioni - successivamente anche di persona in studio - e la stessa ottima impressione l'ho poi riscontrata sia durante le sedute terapeutiche sia con il medico fisiatra. Ho quindi deciso senza ombra di dubbio di proseguire con loro, dopo la chiusura estiva, il completamento del ciclo riabilitativo appena iniziato. La mia prima volta mi rivolgo all'addetta allo sportello per chiedere dove dovevo andare e a chi rivolgermi, mi risponde vada in sala d'attesa e aspetti. Avevo l'appuntamento alle 9,25 e aspetto mezz'ora. Nel frattempo ogni tanto si affacciava una signora per dare un'occhiata. Alla fine torno allo sportello per far notare che sono lì da sola in sala d'attesa e nessuno mi chiama. Mi dice l'impiegata, ma doveva dare il suo nome alla signora, anche quest'ultima mi risponde tuta scocciata. Faccio notare che non me lo avevano detto. Risposta "glielo sto dicendo adesso". Per dieci sedute un clima che non ti invoglia a tornare. E tutto a pagamento The staff at the counters is not suitable for the role, they are not welcoming at all, they do not respond to greetings. Il centro offre prestazioni anche a pagamento, ma ho riscontrato che la professionalità e puntualità nel rispetto degli appuntamenti è senza distinzione. Le aree di attesa e di terapia sono pulite e con particolare attenzione ad una pulizia costante dopo ogni paziente. Mi sento di consigliare il Centro, in quanto grazie alla terapia ricevuta dal Fisioterapista Andrea ho risolto il problema. Il predetto specialista ha sempre lavorato mettendomi a mio agio e palesando passione e professionalità, non facendoti sentire un numero. ? Professionalism and Punctuality.
