Ho dato 5 stelle ma ne meriterebbe di più. Se dovessi avere ancora bisogno dormirò tranquillo con loro come assistenza tecnica. Grazie.
 The Faber Il Tecnico assistance service was very professional, quick and competent in understanding what we needed and in two days we received the part. I gave it 5 stars but it deserves more. If I still need it I will sleep peacefully with them as technical assistance. Thank you.

Ho fatto un acquisto del valore di 70€ , pagato ovviamente, il prodotto doveva essere in azienda entro pochi giorni, max 4, ma a distanza di 15 il prodotto non lo avevano ancora in casa, la cosa che più mi scoccia, è che mi hanno liquidato con un rimborso.......dicendo che non accettano ordini con consegne superiori a 10 gg di attesa, ed io che ho atteso 15 gg senza ricevere nulla? per loro non ci sono penali? Ora che gli racconto al cliente dopo la lunga attesa
Negative experience, despite having seen some positive reviews, which alas for what happened would seem ambiguous to me.
I made a purchase worth € 70, paid of course, the product had to be in the company within a few days, max 4, but after 15 the product did not yet have it at home, the thing that annoys me most is that I they paid with a refund ....... saying that they do not accept orders with deliveries exceeding 10 days of waiting, and I who waited 15 days without receiving anything? are there no penalties for them? Now that I tell the customer after the long wait

Mr. Bruno and Mr. Marco are able to satisfy any technical and procedural requirements specially for whom operates online, saving money and time. CONGRATULATIONS!!

Faber Support did not cover the part even though the issue happened almost immediately after using it the first time since I am in the US, but they put me in contact with IL TENICO who was able to sell me the part and ship it to the US for a fair price.

The delivery took some time because of "out of stock" and a closed factory due to the christmmas period. But it has arrived and is working perfectly. Tkank guys at Il Technico for your support !!
