I have been using them for about 40 years, they are efficient and prepared, if your device is obsolete and spare parts no longer available, they are still busy looking for others who, with small adaptations, can become compatible if you have a minimum of manual skills .

Pagato 70€ e alla sera dava errore. li ho richiamati sono usciti e ho pagato 20€. andati via da 15 minuti la lavastoviglie dava errore. richiamati sono usciti 20€ e la lavastoviglie ancora non funziona. tot. 110€ e quando ho chiamato mi hanno detto che se voglio ripassano per controllare. Credo che la comprerò nuova! potevano dire alla prima volta che non potevano fare nulla. My rating is low as my dishwasher stopped at the beginning of the year and promptly went out. Paid 70 € and in the evening gave error. I called them back and I paid € 20. the dishwasher was 15 minutes away. € 20 was called back and the dishwasher still does not work. tot. € 110 and when I called they said that if I want to come back to check. I believe I will buy it new! they could say at the first time that there was nothing they could do.

Ho trovato il tubo pagato la meta rispetto ad un altro punto vendita e addirittura lo avevano anche in casa ! Consigliato assolutamente I went to the store looking for a water inlet hose from a samsung dishwasher. Correct and honest professional staff ... I found the tube paid half as compared to another store and they even had it at home! Absolutely recommended

Ritirato il mio elettrodomestico, portato presso una assistenza autorizzata è stato riparato per una cifra irrisoria. I brought a household appliance to repair, they informed me that it would not be possible to repair it, I asked to collect the household appliance and I was offered a similar reconditioned item at a discounted but still very high price. When my appliance was picked up, taken to an authorized service, it was repaired for a negligible amount.
m	marialuisa arena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per le riparazioni, non lo consiglio. Ho portato a riparare il mio aspirapolvere Miele che non funzionava ma che aveva meno di due anni di vita. Mi hanno subito detto che l’aspirapolvere era da buttare perché aveva aspirato dell’acqua e quindi non riparabile o comunque non conveniente. Mi è stato invece proposto di comprarne uno nuovo da loro proponendomi un modello (per me fuori produzione perché non l’ho poi trovato sul sito Miele) a 250 Eur. Ho rifiutato perché non convinta. Ho deciso di portare l’aspirapolvere all’altro centro riparazioni autorizzato Miele a Milano. Risultato: aspirapolvere riparato con una spesa di 40 Eur. 210 Eur risparmiati e riparare è meglio di buttare!!! For repairs, I don't recommend it. I took my Miele vacuum cleaner to repair, which didn't work but was less than two years old. I was immediately told that the vacuum cleaner was to be thrown away because it had sucked water and therefore was not repairable or otherwise inexpensive. Instead, I was offered to buy a new one from them by offering me a model (for me out of production because I didn't find it on the Miele website) at 250 Eur. I refused because it wasn't convinced. I decided to take the vacuum cleaner to the other authorized Miele repair center in Milan. Result: vacuum cleaner repaired with a cost of 40 Eur. 210 Eur saved and repair is better than to throw !!!

Sono stata mandata via e mi è stato detto che non era riparabile (spesa oltre le 200€) e che dovevo acquistarne una nuova, possibilmente Miele o Dyson (acquistabili nel punto vendita). Ho sostituito il pezzo che volevate vendermi a più di 200€, con SOLI 20€, acquistandolo online. L' ASPIRAPOLVERE FUNZIONA, riparata con le mie mani sostituendo semplicemente la spazzola rotante. Ho risparmiato ed evitato di inquinare inutilmente. Ecco la mia esperienza. FOR USERS WHO BRING A SMALL APPLIANCE HERE FOR REPAIR: Some time ago I had my vacuum cleaner repaired as it appears that THE STORE is an official Hoover service center. I was sent away and told that it was not repairable (cost over € 200) and that I had to buy a new one, possibly Miele or Dyson (available for purchase at the point of sale). I replaced the piece you wanted to sell me for more than € 200, with ONLY € 20, by purchasing it online. THE VACUUM CLEANER WORKS, fixed with my hands by simply replacing the rotating brush. I have saved and avoided unnecessarily polluting. Here is my experience.

Ecco la mia esperienza Porto un aspirapolvere Hoover per il malfunzionamento del filtro rotante presso il centro assistenza R.E.M. Ritiro l’apparecchio dopo una ventina di giorni e mi dicono che è stato sostituito in garanzia il gruppo motore. Dopo pochissime volte di uso dell’apparecchio il difetto si ripresenta anche se saltuariamente. Esasperato per il malfunzionamento (sapendo di dover rinunciare alla garanzia )decido di tentare di aprire l’apparecchio per individuare anche la ragione degli strani rumori prodotti oltrechè del motivo della non rotazione del filtro. SORPRESA!!!! Per poter aprire l’apparecchio e sostituire il motore (come mi era stato detto essere fatto) si sarebbe dovuto necessariamente sollevare l’adesivo col numero seriale. Tale adesivo era perfettamente intonso e tutte le parti plastiche che bisognava togliere per accedere al motore non presentavano alcun segno di apertura. (Forse il motore è stato sostituito col teletrasporto). Credo che queste FURBATE siano veramente disdicevoli. DO NOT BRING YOUR APPLIANCES TO REPAIR IN THIS PLACE !!!!!! Here is my experience I take a Hoover vacuum cleaner for the rotating filter malfunction to the R.E.M. I collect the device after about twenty days and they tell me that the motor unit has been replaced under warranty. After a few times of use of the device, the defect reappears, albeit occasionally. Exasperated by the malfunction (knowing that I have to give up the warranty) I decide to try to open the device to also identify the reason for the strange noises produced as well as the reason for the non-rotation of the filter. SURPRISE!!!! In order to open the device and replace the motor (as I was told to be done) it would have been necessary to lift the sticker with the serial number. This sticker was perfectly intact and all the plastic parts that had to be removed to access the engine showed no sign of opening. (Maybe the engine has been replaced with teleportation). I think these FURBATES are really unseemly.
