Dopo aver girato i centri fisioterapici di mezza Milano (e non solo), dopo TRE anni di stop sportivo dovuto a una pubalgia "cronica" e dopo infiniti trattamenti fallimentari ho deciso di seguire il consiglio e rivolgermi a Saad che mi ha dimostrato da subito grande competenza e passione per il suo lavoro. Abbiamo analizzato assieme la situazione e senza troppi giri di parole ci siamo messi all' opera. Ha preteso da subito molto impegno anche da parte mia e con esso siamo giunti all' obbiettivo tanto desiderato.
Consiglio vivamente questo studio senza se e senza ma.
This study was recommended to me by a physiotherapist friend and I was fully satisfied with the treatment right away.
After touring the physiotherapy centers in half of Milan (and beyond), after three years of sports stoppage due to a "chronic" pubalgia and after endless bankruptcy treatments I decided to follow the advice and turn to Saad who immediately showed me great competence and passion for his work. We analyzed the situation together and without too many words we got to work. He immediately demanded a lot of effort from me too, and with it we came to the goal so desired.
I highly recommend this study without ifs and buts.

Tramite un percorso graduale e costante sono riuscito a dimenticarmi del mio problema. Ogni seduta è stata piacevole grazie anche all'approccio di Saad: dialogo, comprensione, ascolto oltre che professionalità dal punto di vista fisioterapico.

Excellent experience: for a back pain that did not want to go away for a year, I was scrupulously visited by Saad who immediately identified the reasons for my discomfort.
Through a gradual and constant path I was able to forget about my problem. Each session was pleasant thanks also to Saad's approach: dialogue, understanding, listening as well as professionalism from a physiotherapy point of view.

Primo perché le diagnosi ipotizzate (e mai date per certe: né Saad né Lorenzo hanno anche solo lontanamente dato idea di volersi sostituire ai medici) sono state sempre confermate dagli ortopedici che ho consultato.
Secondo perché, grazie ai trattamenti a cui mi hanno sottoposto, ed eseguendo a casa gli esercizi consigliati (almeno tre diversi per ogni seduta), il recupero della lussazione alla spalla, con doppia frattura, si è completato in soli due mesi (oltre al mese di immobilizzazione). Molto prima rispetto ai tempi indicati mediamente per un infortunio di questo genere.
Terzo, ma non meno importante: dopo due mesi, quando mi hanno congedato, ammetto che un po' mi è dispiaciuto perdere quello che ormai era diventato (insieme al duro lavoro sulla spalla) un momento di chiacchiere e stacco completo dal mondo esterno.
Qui sotto in foto sono io che lancio mio figlio (15 kg di adipe) dopo 2 mesi esatti di fisioterapia.

Secondly because, thanks to the treatments they underwent me, and by performing the recommended exercises at home (at least three different for each session), the recovery of the dislocated shoulder, with double fracture, was completed in just two months (in addition to the month). of immobilization). Much earlier than the average times indicated for an injury of this kind.
Third, but not least: after two months, when they dismissed me, I admit that I was a little sorry to lose what had now become (along with the hard work on my shoulder) a moment of chatter and complete detachment from the outside world.
