L	Luca Confalonieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per 3 stagioni ho utilizzato il loro servizio di cambio gomme estive/invernali, con deposito del set non utilizzato. Purtroppo ogni volta che hanno sostituito le gomme, ho ricevuto dopo pochi minuti di guida il segnale “Controllare pressione pneumatici”, in quanto non era mai stato resettato il sensore a cambio gomme effettuato. Inoltre, per due volte su tre, la macchina tendeva ad andare a destra subito dopo il cambio gomme e mi vedevo costretto a tornare in officina per richiedere un gonfiaggio più uniforme delle stesse (la pressione delle gomme non coincideva). Il personale è sempre cortese col cliente, ma in più occasioni ho notato una certa mancanza di armonia dentro l’officina, con discussioni tra il personale e al telefono. Sicuramente i prezzi sono competitivi, ma, almeno per quella che è stata la mia esperienza, la qualità non è stata altrettanto e ho cambiato gommista. For 3 seasons I used their summer / winter tire change service, with unused set deposit. Unfortunately, every time the tires were replaced, after a few minutes of driving I received the “Check tire pressure” signal, as the sensor had never been reset after a tire change. Also, twice out of three times, the car tended to go right immediately after the tire change and I was forced to go back to the workshop to request more uniform inflation of the tires (tire pressure did not coincide). The staff is always courteous to the customer, but on several occasions I have noticed a certain lack of harmony inside the workshop, with discussions between staff and on the phone. Certainly the prices are competitive, but, at least for what has been my experience, the quality was not the same and I changed the tire dealer.

Anche se sono impegnati con altri clienti, trovano il tempo per ascoltare le problematiche del cliente ed intervenire quanto prima. Davvero bravi, complimenti. Competence and courtesy. Staff always available to customer needs, take care of the smallest details for vehicle safety. Lavoro eseguito bene ma una volta ritirato il mezzo mi accorsi che il rumore era cambiato. Dopo 45 giorni, al termine del 1° lock down ho riportato lo scooter spiegando il problema dovuto a uno sfiato prima del tubo di scappamento. Mi hanno risolto il problema con efficienza e cortesia naturalmente senza chiedermi nulla. Bravi. Lo consiglio Intervention dating back to March. I had my scooter replaced the tires. Work done well but once I picked up the vehicle I noticed that the noise had changed. After 45 days, at the end of the 1st lock down I brought the scooter back explaining the problem due to a vent before the exhaust pipe. They solved the problem with efficiency and courtesy of course without asking me anything. Well done. I advise
