Dal primo giorno sono stata circondata da un'ambiente molto sereno ed accolta dalle bravissime, professionali e bravissime receptionist, in particolare Anna. E poi UN GRAZIE SPECIALE, ALLA MITICA E GRANDE DOTT. SSA TASSI ANNA PAOLA, che tra tutti ortopedici e fisiatri che mi hanno visitata e addirittura x loro c'era solo l'intervento, GRAZIE A LEI, E ALLA SUA MAGICA OZONOTERAPIA, SONO RINATA E RIMESSA IN PIEDI! GRAZIE DI ESISTERE

Dopo svariati appuntamenti osteopatici meravigliosi, ho provato anche altri trattamenti con altri dottori. Tutti estremamente all'altezza delle mie aspettative. Ormai da tempo è il mio centro di riferimento. Ottimo servizio e prezzo.
This center was recommended to me especially for one doctor in particular. After several wonderful osteopathic appointments, I also tried other treatments with other doctors. All extremely lived up to my expectations. It has been my reference center for some time now. Great service and price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata qui per un'ecografia al ginocchio causa infortuno giocando a calcetto. Il medico è stato fantastico !! Paziente, empatico e soprattutto molto competente. Ha spiegato molto chiaro dai immagini dell'ecografia e i movimenti del ginocchio (e gamba) la situazione per farmi capire la situazione. Un medico che fa suo lavoro con passione, che purtroppo nn si incontra spesso ad oggi.
I was here for a knee ultrasound due to injury playing soccer. The doctor was great !! Patient, empathetic and above all very competent. He explained the situation very clearly from the ultrasound images and the movements of the knee (and leg) to make me understand the situation. A doctor who does his job with passion, which unfortunately you don't often meet today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La serietà si perde davanti al dio denaro. Quando aumentate i prezzi delle prestazioni, specie se si tratta di visite già programmate dall'anno precedente, DOVETE AVVISARE il paziente. Come fate coi messaggini per gli appuntamenti per intenderci!
Oltretutto, al desk, mi avvisano del prezzo maggiorato, solo una volta terminate le prestazioni. Che roba scaltra e contro ogni regola di buon customer service...
Seriousness is lost in front of the god of money. When you increase the prices of services, especially if they are visits already scheduled from the previous year, you MUST NOTICE the patient. How do you do with text messages for appointments so to speak!
Moreover, at the desk, they notify me of the increased price, only once the services are finished. What a shrewd stuff and against every rule of good customer service ...
