Guardate altre strutture se volete il bene dei vostri anziani. Patients left to themselves. Poor professionalism of nurses. Embarrassing cleanliness levels. Look at other facilities if you want the good of your elders.

Attualmente siamo al 7° piano, non conosco la situazione in altri reparti. Comodo e ben servito dai mezzi pubblici, discreta disponibilità di parcheggio. The first impression is good, right spaces and spacious and bright rooms, nice and helpful staff. We are currently on the 7th floor, I don't know the situation in other departments. Comfortable and well served by public transport, fair availability of parking.

Non ho avuto modo di vivere la struttura personalmente in quanto la mia mamma è stata ricoverata a ridosso dell'emergenza covid. L'abbiamo lasciata lì e rivista dopo il decesso. Personalmente non ho una buona opinione capisco l'emergenza, capisco la riduzione del personale, capisco tutto quello che umanamente e comprensibile ma il dover rincorre, supplicare telefonicamente il medico, l'amministrativo, qualcuno che potesse farmi una vedeochiamata per rassicurare una donna che all', improvviso si è vista catapultata in una realtà senza stimoli, senza vederci, questo non lo capisco. È stata un'orrenda esperienza. o .. Too bad there is no number 0 otherwise I would have clicked it endlessly. I have not had the opportunity to experience the facility personally since my mom was hospitalized behind the covid emergency. We left her there and reviewed after her death. Personally I do not have a good opinion I understand the emergency, I understand the reduction of staff, I understand all that humanly and understandable but having to chase, plead by phone with the doctor, the administrator, someone who could make me a call to reassure a woman who suddenly found herself catapulted into a reality without stimuli, without seeing us, I don't understand this. It was a horrible experience. or ..

v	violina andreeva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per avere una visita ci vogliono settimane.Prima chiami poi ti richiamano dopo una settimana e forse riesci a concludere.La signora molto maleducata e sicuramente non addata per questo tipo di lavoro pessima gestione To have a visit it takes weeks. First you call then they call you back after a week and maybe you can get over it. The lady very rude and definitely not suited for this kind of bad management job

Invece loro l'hanno fatta letteralmente rinascere. Ottima struttura che consiglio. Per quanto riguarda le visite abbiamo ovviamente attraversato una dura pandemia, quindi inutile lamentarsi. Ogni volta che possono ce la fanno incontrare. My mother has been a guest of the facility since September 2020. She is 94 and when we brought her she looked like she was going to die. Instead they literally made it reborn. Excellent structure that I recommend. As far as visits are concerned, we have obviously gone through a severe pandemic, so there is no point in complaining. Whenever they can they make us meet.
L	Luisa Piatti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto valida ed efficace dal 2009, purtroppo nel corso degli anni molte cose sono peggiorate, al 2 ' piano, fortunatamente medico e capo infermiera STUPENDI, nel periodo Covid 6' piano trovata dottoressa giovane che ha preso a cuore la situazione di mamma e ci ha accompagnato con tanta disponibilità ed umanità sino alla sua dipartita, io ho sempre avuto videochiamate e telefonate ma, conosco altri parenti che non sono stati così fortunati ed hanno dovuto lottare per avere notizie. Purtroppo nessuno era preparato a queste situazioni ma....con tanta dolcezza e disponibilità tutti sarebbero stati meglio e molti anziani non si sarebbero sentiti abbandonati. Va migliorata la gestione degli ASA, molti sono poco attenti alle necessità degli ospiti e super occupati al cellulare. Unfortunately, no one was prepared for these situations but .... with so much gentleness and availability everyone would have been better and many elderly people would not have felt abandoned. The management of the ASAs needs to be improved, many are not very attentive to the needs of the guests and super busy at the cell phone.
