Spesso siamo pronti a scrivere quando le cose non vanno bene e siamo arrabbiati con il mondo, tuttavia trovo doveroso sottolineare la celerità e l'estrema cortesia del Sig.Francesco che passo passo, mi ha spiegato in modo molto dettagliato quanto mi occorreva sapere in merito ad un eventuale ricovero in una delle Vs RSA per mia mamma.
Complimenti al Sig Francesco, complimenti a Voi che "avete in casa" un giovane di sicuro valore ( sicuramente altri ) umano e professionale.

Dear Korian good morning, I was contacted following my request, by Vs Customer Care in the person of Mr Francesco Pizzuti. Often we are ready to write when things are not going well and we are angry with the world, but I find it necessary to emphasize the speed and the extreme kindness of Sig.Francesco that step by step, he explained in great detail what I needed to know about a possible admission to one of the Vs RSA for my mom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura buona,ma chiedo può un distributore di merendine e bibite essere istallato nella sala dove gli ospiti,tutti anziani e molti non autosufficienti .....con patologie ecc...gli anziani sono come bambini,guardano e la gola si stringe ,chi può compra chi non può allunga la gola,secondo il mio parere tutto ciò dovrebbe essere istallato in una stanza anche per gli operatori e il personale, e non in vista ,alla gogna degli ospiti, in più con il covid non mi sembra prudente. Mi scuso,ma forse chiedo troppo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno a tutti, chi legge questa recensione molto probabilmente si trova in un periodo di difficoltá e fatica. Nessuno potrá toglierci la tristezza nel cuore per la malattia di un nostro caro. Ma assicuro che la scelta dei professionisti giusti fa la differenza, sia per il malato che per il care giver. Solo sabato ho portato mio papá in pronto soccorso, stremata da notti insonni, chiedendo aiuto per quest'uomo devastato dal Parkinson, non piú gestibile al domicilio. Nell'attesa ho fatto una breve ricerca su Google. Ho chiamato Korian. Nel giro di pochissimo sono stata ricontattata dalla Dr.ssa Antonella Ferioli, che oltre ad avermi orientata in un momento tanto difficile, mi è stata di supporto anche a livello psicologico, e insieme abbiamo definito la strada da percorrere. Si è immediatamente attivata, e nonostante tutte le difficoltá di quest'epoca Covid, ha trovato collocazione a papá in Nucleo Protetto, accompagnandoci passo passo con competenza e umanitá. Un ringraziamento dunque ad Antonella Ferioli e a Camillo, referente della struttura Korian Saccardo, altrettanto disponibile e di infinita gentilezza. Non posso fare altro che consigliare Korian a chi, nella vita, si trovasse in difficoltá nell'accudimento di un proprio caro.

Hello everyone, those who read this review most likely find themselves in a period of difficulty and fatigue. Nobody will be able to take away the sadness in our hearts for the illness of a loved one. But I assure you that choosing the right professionals makes a difference, both for the patient and for the care giver. Only on Saturday I took my dad to the emergency room, exhausted from sleepless nights, asking for help for this man devastated by Parkinson's, no longer manageable at home. In the meantime, I did a short Google search. I called Korian. In a very short time I was contacted by Dr. Antonella Ferioli, who in addition to having guided me in such a difficult moment, was also supportive on a psychological level, and together we defined the way to go. It was immediately activated, and despite all the difficulties of this Covid era, it found a place for dad in the Protected Nucleus, accompanying us step by step with competence and humanity. Thanks therefore to Antonella Ferioli and Camillo, contact person of the Korian Saccardo structure, equally helpful and of infinite kindness. I can do nothing but recommend Korian to those who, in life, find themselves in difficulty in taking care of a loved one.
