★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un urgenza e devo dire , difficilmente trono un centro servizi disponibile quasi 24 ore su 24 , i h chiamati alle 22 e 30 e con stupore mi hanno risposto . Il giorno dopo sono riuscita grazie a loro a prenotare un visto per la Russia con i relativi biglietti aereo. Davvero molto soddisfatta e grazie ancora al Dott. Piscitelli molto gentile e disponibile , mi hanno risolto il problema in 24 ore . Grazie

Poi ti ritrovi che hai perso 2 o 3 anni e questa non ha controllato niente. Devi dopo cominciare da capo da un'altra parte più competente. E quando chiedi chiarimenti questa Katia e prepotente,scontrosa e disonesta . Scarsa professionalità. Orribile persona. Attenti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata per compilare il kit per il permesso di soggiorno, sono andata anche due anni fa e la scorsa volta era andata tutto perfetto. Questa volta invece dovevo fare il permesso di soggiorno per periodi lunghi, potevo fare sia per il lavoro (ormai sono qua da 6 anni) che per la famiglia (sono sposata da due anni) cosa succede: la ragazza che mi seguiva era abbastanza maleducata e non sapeva niente che chiedeva tutto a qualcuno tramite Whatsapp. Lei mi ha suggerito di fare applicazione a cittadinanza, e quando ho chiesto e in quella 4 anni che si aspetta per la risposta dall’immigrazione cosa dovevo fare, stranamente non sapeva la risposta di questa domanda. Poi dopo questo suggerimento molto utile, mi dice se volevo fare per motivi di famiglia, l’attesa era 1 anno invece per lavoro dovevo fare l’esame A2 che il costo era 300 euro. A questo punto me ne sono andata e ho deciso di risolvere da sola la situazione.
Ho preso l’appuntamento per il permesso di soggiorno motivi famigliari dal portale di polizia e mi hanno dato per due mesi dopo, non 1 anno. Poi ho scoperto in più che essendo laureata da un’università in lingue italiano non avevo bisogno di dimostrare certificato di A2.
Non è che perché siamo stranieri e abbiamo bisogno di aiuto per tutto questo incubo di burocrazia italiana vuol dire che siamo stupidi o ci potete trattare in questo modo o cercare di fregarci. Formate bene il personale prima di mettere davanti il cliente così non dobbiamo perdere tempo.

I made an appointment for the residence permit for family reasons from the police portal and they gave me for two months later, not 1 year. Then I discovered furthermore that since I graduated from a university in Italian languages, I did not need to demonstrate an A2 certificate.
It is not that because we are foreigners and we need help with this whole Italian bureaucracy nightmare it means that we are stupid or you can treat us this way or try to cheat us. Train your staff well before putting the customer in front of you so we don't have to waste time.

Sconsigliatissimo si fa pagare per eseguire domande e documentazione che non controlla più dopo aver fatto domanda in questo caso 730 che non è arrivato al mio datore di lavoro.Quando ho chiesto chiaramenti mi fa che devo chiedere al mio datore di lavoro ma vi chiedo qual è stato il senso di pagare il 730 se poi devo sistemarlo io?Tutti i miei colleghi non hanno avuto problemi con altri caf qui invece si.Scarsa professionalità in quanto dovevo chiedere di questa cosa qui perché non mi sono stati sottratti i soldi che dovevo pagare per il 730 non potevo perché nella sede di lavoro c’era la figlia che poverina doveva stare lì e aveva fame ma comunque poco professionale in quanto in un ambito lavorativo non ci dovrebbero essere distrazioni come figli o qualcosa che possa intaccare la tua priorità che in quel momento dovrebbe essere il lavoro.Penso che posti come questi debbano essere chiusi in quanto le persone hanno già problemi di loro se poi devi andare lì a perdere tempo e anche denaro perché il lavoro non viene svolto nel modo corretto non ne esci più.A Milano è pieno di caf qui non ne vale veramente la pena soldi e tempo buttato.
