Friendly and helpful qualified staff intervened twice and we were right outside the area of the shop and with difficult hours for our work. Very professional, the second time they didn't charge us for the intervention because they are still under warranty.

Rientrato dopo una vacanza di qualche settimana, ho osservato che lo scaldabagno perdeva qualche goccia dai bulloni di collegamento all'acqua. Richiamato Albiero, sono usciti rapidamente a sistemare la piccola perdita. Segnalato inoltre un piccolo ticchettio proveniente dallo scaldabagno ogni volta che vengono chiusi i rubinetti dell'acqua calda. Dicono si tratti del rumore della lamiera allo spegnimento della fiamma. In precedenza però non si sentiva.
Comunque, nel rapporto con la clientela sembrano educati e collaborativi.

There is also a small ticking sound coming from the water heater every time the hot water taps are closed. They say it's the noise of the sheet metal when the flame goes out. Previously, however, he did not feel.
However, in the relationship with customers they seem polite and collaborative.
