★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noleggio perfetto, furgone consegnato come concordato e pulito. I ragazzi del punto vendita sono stati gentili e professionali. Prezzi del noleggio leggermente più bassi delle altre società a cui ho chiesto un preventivo.
 Perfect rental, van delivered as agreed and clean. The guys in the store were kind and professional. Rental prices slightly lower than the other companies to which I asked for a quote.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto bisogno di un'auto sostitutiva mentre la mia era in carrozzeria causa incidente. Me li ha suggeriti il servizio assistenza della Compagnia di assicurazione, non li conoscevo prima. Li ho trovati precisi e con burocrazia ridotta al minimo indispensabile. La vettura era a posto, nuova e funzionale.
I needed a replacement car while mine was in the body shop due to an accident. The assistance service of the insurance company suggested them to me, I did not know them before. I found them precise and with bureaucracy reduced to a minimum. The car was fine, new and functional.

noleggio riconsegnato con circa un ora di ritardo. addebitati 100,00 euro per ulteriore giornata di noleggio.....me ne sono accorto solo una volta ricevuta la fattura, mi avessero avvisato alla riconsegna l'avrei tenuta visto che nel mentre avevo prenotato altrove. Al seguito delle mie considerazioni la risposta è stata che è previsto sul contratto.....Lecito, ma poco "friendly". Mai avuto una esperienza simile ......LOCAUTO si è dimostrata una pessima scelta, ma non succederà più. A tal riguardo vi consiglio MORINI, decisamente più elastici.
AGGIORNAMENTO : per dovere di informazione, Locauto , valutato il contesto ha risolto la questione in maniera esemplare. da una stella passa a quattro dimostrando attenzione alla clientela che non mi sarei aspettato.

rental returned about an hour late. charged € 100.00 for an additional day of rental ..... I realized it only once I received the invoice, they had warned me at the return I would have kept it since I had booked elsewhere in the meantime. Following my considerations, the answer was that it is foreseen in the contract ..... Lawful, but not very "friendly". Never had such an experience ...... LOCAUTO proved to be a bad choice, but it won't happen again. In this regard I recommend MORINI, much more elastic.
UPDATE: for the sake of information, Locauto, having assessed the context, has resolved the issue in an exemplary manner. it goes from one star to four, demonstrating attention to customers that I would not have expected.

Restituisco l’altro con 14 giorni di anticipo, rimborsano 50 euro anzi che 300/350..
