One of the best rentals in Milan. Mattia and Luca of the staff are super attentive to satisfy all customer requests and needs. I have made several rentals from them for business purposes without ever encountering any problems. They also have a large selection of vehicles. Ho noleggiato un furgone per 10 giorni con kilometraggio illimitato e purtroppo stanotte rientrando da Torino mi si sono accese varie spie e dopo alcuni kilometri i freni hanno iniziato ad essere duri. Li ho contattati per chiedere cosa fare e mi hanno detto che non potevano aiutarmi perché a Torino non hanno nessuno.Gli ho chiesto del carroattrezzi e mi hanno risposto che esce solo se la macchina non cammina più ( strano a me viene in qualsiasi circostanza) e quindi con la loro autorizzazione siamo tornati a Milano. Stamattina quando ho riportato il furgone non me ne hanno dato un altro perché la colpa era mia visto che avevo fatto 7000 km in 9 giorni. Ma secondo loro cosa significa la parola illimitati?

I rented a van for 10 days with unlimited mileage and unfortunately tonight, returning from Turin, various warning lights came on and after a few kilometers the brakes started to be hard. I contacted them to ask what to do and they told me they couldn't help me because they don't have anyone in Turin I asked them about the tow truck and they replied that it only comes out if the car stops moving (strange to me it comes under any circumstances) and then with their authorization we returned to Milan. This morning when I brought the van back they didn't give me another one because it was my fault since I had done 7000 km in 9 days. But what do they think the word unlimited means?
