★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pay attention to this agency. They try everything to find a damage. Check very well your car when you take it. They don't sign all the damage and when you give the car back they try to find everything. My suggestion: go to another agency!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awefull!!!!!!!!! Not only was the service horrid, the car was bad and the windshield wiper didn't worked, which was very dangerous because it rained, but they also kept on charging my credit card for months after the rental. Credit Card Fraud!!!!! This company is very shady, and reflects very poorly on Hertz, their owners, an otherwise reputable company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this agency to rent a car with my VISA card, from the german DKB bank. The employee claimed that this was not a credit card, but a debit card, according to his system. I previously rented cars with this VISA, and many other people did. Most importantly, the guy did not make any effort for solving the problem except repeating "without a credit card, I cannot give you a car". This is not what I call good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not get gas at the Total gas station next door. I pumped 5 Euros. Then the Moroccan came and pumped another 5 Euros.
I got gas before I returned the car. But he wanted to charge me 30 Euros for gas. He recommended Total next door.
I told the receptionist what happened and not to send anyone there. He didn’t seem to care.
