We rented a car from this location online. When we went to go pick it up at 9:00 AM on a Monday, the place was closed (despite its opening time being listed as 8:30 AM online). After waiting for an hour for an employee to show up and open the place, we left and had to go to another Hertz. Don’t rent from here unless you want to show up to a closed Hertz location without any way of getting your rental.

Few weekends in a raw that we rent the car in Hertz Viale Umbria. We have never had an issue. Car is always clean and ready to go. Thanks Marco for always making the experience of renting a car the right choice in Milan.

I’m used renting car in multiple countries because of my work and I can say that the service received by this agency is just at the top. I rented several time in this agency even if my place is about 30 min walking form it, but the service offered is an extra value which is priceless.

In December I booked a fiat 500l. The young man was kind but I had some problem with my card that nearly ruined my day. The whole rental costs around 500€ and my credit card has 700€ credit on it. But when the guy was trying to pre-authorize my card, their system always said credit non sufficient. I tried to ask my bank and they said that were several attempts around 1100€ of transactions. The rental guy had no idea why it's happening so I went back to work. Suddenly I remembered that I could put some money in the card so I did and I came back to the rental shop and it worked! The young man said that this problem is caused by the channel that I've booked the car, thrifty, not directly through hertz. So I had to pay twice for the preauthorazion. Finally the car was good but maintenance was not being cared of. I changed 2 head lamps and the rear fog light by myself. And the windscreen fluid is not the winter type so it actually froze in the mountains. The trunk shelf was missing too.
