Very kind, helpful and with a very cheap price, bearing in mind that we had a larger van at a lower price and unlimited kilometers, compared to another rental that made us price, according to him 'discounted' much more.

Mi è arrivata una mail che diceva "Gentile cliente, la sua richiesta è stata inoltrata con successo. A breve riceverà la conferma di prenotazione, oppure sarà contattato da un nostro operatore." Dopo più di un'ora non avendo ricevuto nessuna risposta nemmeno tramite chat ho telefonato. Sorpresa, non avevano nessun furgone disponibile. Se sul pulsante ci fosse stato scritto INVIA RICHIESTA, la recensione sarebbe stata ben diversa. Purtroppo per loro, ho prenotato da altri ovviamente. Combinazione il mezzo prenotato un mese fa si è incidentato.... dalle precedenti recensioni questo “scherzetto” è stato fatto anche ad altri clienti. Probabilmente trovano da noleggiare a prezzi più convenienti e si inventano le frottole. Per nulla professionali ... spero che questa recensione non sia eliminata come la precedente. Ho messo una stella perché zero non si può. Sconsigliatissmi Unreliable. Combination the vehicle booked a month ago crashed .... from previous reviews this "trick" was also done to other customers. They probably find cheaper prices to rent and make up their own lies. Not at all professional ... I hope this review is not deleted like the previous one. I put a star because zero is not possible. I hired a van at the Milan office, they were kind and extremely helpful. Definitely recommend it and in the future I will come back to use them.

In una notte è successo l’impossibilità!! Guardando altre recensioni è un abitudine evidentemente. Quindi oggi ci troviamo con alberghi prenotati e senza mezzo per arrivarci. Quindi direi che una stella è già molto. Grazie Non intendo modificare o togliere la recensione in quanto a prenotare è stato mio marito e ripeto il van era disponibile fino alla sera precedente, il mattino seguente nel mandare tutti i documenti per la stipula del contratto avete mandato mail dicendo che il van aveva subito un incidente…. O forse qualcuno l’aveva chiesto per più giorni e avete pensato di darlo ad altri. Non è un comportamento serio e a quanto vedo non è la prima volta che capita. Buona giornata anche a voi!!!
