Honestly I had chosen academia for the massari pastry course which disappointed me, I found the knam courses and the one on Genoese focaccia interesting instead

Excellent courses held by the best Chefs and Masters around. I changed my mind a lot, there is always something to learn in the kitchen and these courses have been an excellent investment. My future mother-in-law will not be able to say anything about my skills in the kitchen !!

It is an excellent compromise because the quality of the courses is certainly of a high standard and they are explained very clearly. Furthermore, the offer is vast and there are courses for all tastes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I corsi di acadèmia sono bellissimi e super completi! Ce n'è per tutti i gusti e per tutti i livelli di preparazione in cucina.
Di recente è anche stata inserita una nuova sezione, chiamata scuola, che è rivolta particolarmente a chi vuole imparare la cucina dalle basi.
Spero che arrivino presto nuovi corsi della scuola perchè sono davvero interessanti!
The acadèmia courses are beautiful and super complete! There is something for all tastes and for all levels of preparation in the kitchen.
A new section has also recently been added, called the school, which is particularly aimed at those who want to learn cooking from the basics.
I hope new courses from the school arrive soon because they are really interesting!
