β β β β β Chef Luigi went above and beyond! We ordered delivery, and they brought the food fresh on the restaurantβs tableware. They even set our table! We ordered the risotto, steak, tiramisu, and creme brΓ»lΓ©e. We will happily return!

β β β β β We came here at around sunset for dinner and sat in a really lovely corner. Had high expectations for the place as it had come recommended by our Airbnb host. However, food was only alright. The saffron scallops were overcooked. The duck liver with apples was tasty but nothing extraordinary. Truffle pasta had a good aroma but was underseasoned. Smoked pike was too salty and flavours weren't that nuanced. Quail tasted good but portions were small compared to the picture on the menu. And the veal fillet was nothing too memorable because I have literally forgotten what it tasted like. Service was slow as only the chef could take orders, serve food, enter wifi password etc, and all the other servers just stood around.

β β β β β This was the best meal we ate on our 4 weeks trip. The food was delicate and beautifully presented. Fresh crisp garden salad and fabulous fish deboned at the table. The medley of desserts were fabulous so delicious and mouthwatering! You must visit this restaurant and the chef will even pick you up at the ferry and serve you! Loved it!

β β β β β In a word, unbelievable. We had the unique vegetarian fixed price menu. We asked for the pumpkin blossom truffle risotto as a up scale on the menu (in place of the gnocchi). We started with an incredible salad which combined tomatoes with pineapple as well as many other items. Then we had the risotto which was the best we have had in Italy. (See the photo.) then we had artichoke ravioli. To die for. The pasta was super thin with shaved artichokes. This was followed by a palette cleanser of saffron sorbet. After that we had an incredible array of tempura vegetables with a mustard dipping sauce. Last but not least, a wonderful layered dessert. The wine was also superb, a bottle of white wine mostly of viognier grapes.
We have eaten all over Italy and this is the best meal we have had by far. Make your reservation NOW!

β β β β β Very nice restaurant, all dishes were interesting to taste (and to look at: presentation is nothing less than stellar!).
The risotto I had was a sound celebration of the mushrooms it was cooked with.
The squid was very nice too.
Overall, a very positive tasting experience.

β β β β β After being highly recommended from a friend, we decided to have dinner at Salice Blu last week. We ordered the 5 course menu & prosecco + 3 wines from the region. We were not as impressed as some of the others leaving reviews - salmon tartar was quite bland, risotto was very good, as well as the lobster spaghetti but found the shrimps not so great. Dessert was also very enjoyable. We found the wine was ok - but not amazing
The experience of eating at Salice Blu was very enjoyable - the service was great, atmosphere was very nice and the food presentation was spectacular. We are happy to pay for such an experience, but were disappointed with the flavours & some of the dishes and that's ashame when it is as expensive as it is. If I compare it to how we have eaten in France, we paid 100β¬ less for much better wine, fantastic food and also an amazing experience.
I would love to come back in 10 or 20 years to see how the chefs ideas develop because I feel like the restaurant has fantastic potential, but in my opinion, I dont believe the experience and food is worth as much as what it costs.

β β β β β The most delicious pasta in the world. Good service, recommended combination of food and wine pairing. This is a restaurant I want to visit again.
