The ambiance of this restaurant is great (the interior, waiters, music, view, the donkeys at the parking lot). Cosy and serene. And not to forget: the food is excellent. The best caponata with burrata I had in a long time. And if you’re a cheese lover like me, the pizzocheri is heavenly. It well deserves the 5/5 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure if this place is still the locals' best kept secret but it's so wonderful, everyone deserves to experience dining here.
Getting up here is not for the faint hearted but it's worth it a hundred times.
Rustic and quaint villa that offers the most fascinating dining alongside a balcony and terrace. You will need to take a few minutes to take in the views.
We ordered homemade white wine which had a young, light and well balanced taste. For starters we had the most amazing cheese plate (an experience in itself) and a charcuterie board.
For mains we had a few pastas that were pretty good and a beef pot roast that was very well executed. Latte cotto for dessert was on the heavier side so I advise to leave more room for dessert.
The prices were reasonable considering the special dining ambiance and the quality of the food. Thank you trattoria Baita Belvedere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was one of the best meals of our trip, and of course, you can’t beat those views. Our waiter knew a lot about wines and was great at recommending the perfect white for our food. The burrata was the creamiest I’ve ever had, delicious! My boyf had the most delicious guinea fowl and I had an excellent lake fish pasta. Definitely worth the trip up there. And our dog was welcome too. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stunning views of Lake Como and equally delicious fresh cheeses and pastas. The restaurant sits on a farm that sits on a cliff. Great selection of San Felipe wines, and everything is at a great price. We went twice in one day. Bravo! Excellent experience!

It was snowing and so warm and delicious inside it was simply magical!
Staff was very accommodating and informative! A bit expensive (70 euro for a cheese platter, 2 mains, 2 glasses of wine and dessert) but worth it overall.
