★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just called to Morini rent and this guy "Mirco" was like the most disrespectful person on the planet, didn't help and didn't want to listen to my problem and then just cut the call, even tho I had a reservation already. Do yourself a favor and do not rent a car here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally useless. We hired a van from Morini to complete a cycling trip in Italy. The van was faulty upon collection and broke down shortly afterwards. We then discovered (early on Saturday afternoon) that they were closed the entire weekend. This completely destroyed our holiday plans, leading to hotel cancellation fees and ultimately disappointment. When we finally got through to them, we were told that our contract didn’t entitle us to a refund, even though they supplied a totally useless service. All in all, we paid over €300 for absolutely nothing. They cannot be trusted. Do not use.
