Avere un'officina con personale attento, disponibile è molto complesso, soprattutto in realtà come quella di Milano, dinamica ed a tratti caotica. Primo approccio molto positivo. Questo giudizio è espresso con consapevolezza in quanto in precedenza mi sono rivolto ad altre officine e lavoro in un settore parallelo ma analogo, quello dell'automotive. L'approccio dei dipendenti nei confronti del cliente è cruciale per un'azienda ed è un valore aggiunto per niente scontato. Complimenti Terzimotor 5500€ buttati, visto che c erano da fare lavori di trasmissione, rulli e frizione. Forse il mezzo valeva 2000€ scarsi. Scopro dopo,parlando, che la moto sarebbe arrivata con optional non richiesti perché questa è la politica di Yamaha con costi quindi che aumentavano. Mi pare assurdo che elementi optional diventino obbligatori senza possibilità per il cliente di evitarli. Peccato. Consiglio vivamente i concessionari di evidenziare questa pecca ai commerciali Yamaha. The review is mostly for Yamaha. Today I decided to buy a Tracer 700 gt with a quote already made.
