Mi ha accolto Ivano, gentilissimo e professionale, mi ha spiegato nel dettaglio tutti gli interventi che avrebbero fatto sulla moto e si è reso disponibile per qualsiasi chiarimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero rimasto a piedi in autostrada, li ho chiamati e nonostante la mole di lavoro (ovvio, sono davvero professionali) quando gli ho portato la mia R6 sono riusciti a trovare la soluzione perfetta per me, considerata la mia situazione d’emergenza massima (abito a due ore di strada da Milano).
Ivano (alla reception) ed i ragazzi nell’officina non solo sono stati mega disponibili, ma mi hanno dato tutti i consigli e le possibili alternative. Davvero, complimenti. Buon lavoro!
I was left on foot on the highway, I called them and despite the amount of work (of course, they are really professional) when I brought them my R6 they managed to find the perfect solution for me, considering my maximum emergency situation (dress two hours by road from Milan).
Ivano (at the reception) and the guys in the workshop were not only mega helpful, but they gave me all the advice and possible alternatives. Really, congratulations. Good job!

Chiarezza, professionalità e puntualità da parte di Ivano, che mi ha gestito il tutto. Prezzo giusto, flessibilità e gentilezza a completare il servizio. Ottima esperienza complessiva.
I did the 1000 km service for my tricity 155 just yesterday and I have to say that I felt really good. Clarity, professionalism and punctuality on the part of Ivano, who managed everything for me. Fair price, flexibility and kindness to complete the service. Great overall experience.

Dovendo effettuare il primo tagliando dei 1000 km ho chiamato Negrimitors parlando con Ivano che mi ha rassicurato su tutto e prenotato il tagliando... Solo un rammarico non aver preso la moto da loro...rimarranno il mio punto di riferimento...sia per l'assistenza che per la manutenzione. Consigliato
Impeccable assistance service .. I bought my Tracer 9 GT from another dealer who proved to be absolutely incompetent .. Having to carry out the first service of the 1000 km I called Negrimitors talking to Ivano who reassured me about everything and booked the service ... Only one regret not having taken the bike from them ... they will remain my point of reference ... both for assistance and maintenance. Recommended
