Un antipatica e indisponente signora mi ha detto che non si potevano togliere le maglie perché sono "semisaldate" . Il pomeriggio dopo sono andata in un altro negozio e mi hanno risolto il problema in 10 minuti. Cara signora non ci si comporta cosi con i clienti , cosi hai ottenuto : 1 che i soldi che avrei dato a voi li ha avuti il vostro concorrente 2 il vostro concorrente si è fatto nuovi clienti dato che oltre me lo raccomanderò ad altri 3 un bel danno d immagine Oltre a questa recensione parlero male di voi con tutti i conoscenti. Mai vista una commessa cosi sgarbata e poco disponibile . Per questo il negozio e sempre vuoto . La cosa che mi ha dato più fastidio e stata la presa in giro nel dirmi che le maglie non potevano essere tolte .... ma con chi pensate di avere a che fare? Mai stata trattata così male in vita mia. Andato in un altro orologiaio, serio competente, mi ha detto che l'orologio è originale, nessun problema. Signora vada in pensione e la finisca di comportarsi in malafede. Negozio storico sempre rifornito e al passo con i tempi. Vivamente consigliato. Friendly and helpful owner, I use the bag in the photo very often.
