Sia dal punto di vista tecnico, sia dal punto di vista economico.

I have been a customer for over twenty years in the field of watches, both mechanical and electronic, I have high quality demands on interventions as a diver and I have always found total reliability. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato a riparare vari orologi di grandi marchi e il Signor Francesco con la sua perizia mi ha risolto ogni problema. Il fatto che alcune riparazioni richiedano molto tempo non è un problema, anzi è una garanzia della qualità degli interventi di restauro di antichi orologi le cui lavorazioni richiedono tempi lunghi. Mi complimento anche con la Signora Lucia che sa sempre indicarmi il gioiello migliore per ogni anniversario. Mentre aspettavo di essere servito mi sono perso con piacere nel “micro” museo dedicato alla storia dell' orologeria, in cui sono presenti vecchi strumenti e orologi che vedevo da bambino.

The fact that some repairs take a long time is not a problem, rather it is a guarantee of the quality of the restoration interventions of antique clocks whose processing takes a long time. I also congratulate Mrs. Lucia, who always knows how to show me the best jewel for every anniversary. While I waited to be served I lost myself with pleasure in the "micro" museum dedicated to the history of watchmaking, in which there are old tools and watches that I saw as a child.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come gioielliere o venditore di orologi non lo posso giudicare, ma come riparatore di orologi sì, e la parola è una sola: truffatore. Ho sostituito una batteria di un orologio e pagato 5€, dovendo insistere per ben due volte per fargli fare la ricevuta (sigh!). Dopo esattamente tre giorni, l'orologio era nuovamente fermo. Sono andato da un altro orologiaio e questo mi ha detto che la batteria inserita era vecchia di anni, per quello era durata così poco. Se la qualità delle persone si vede nelle piccole cose, per 5 miseri euro ha totalmente perso la mia fiducia.
As a jeweler or watch salesman I cannot judge him, but as a watch repairer he is, and the word is only one: con man. I replaced a watch battery and paid € 5, having to insist twice to get a receipt (sigh!). After exactly three days, the clock was stopped again. I went to another watchmaker and this told me that the battery inserted was years old, so it had lasted so little. If the quality of people is seen in the small things, for a measly € 5 it has totally lost my confidence.

Ci tenevo affinchè venisse riparato in quanto, oltre al valore economico, costituiva un ricordo affettivo. Dopo circa 30 giorni me lo ha restituito come nuovo e perfettamente funzionante rendendomi molto contento e soddisfatto del lavoro fatto. Assolutamente consigliato!
I have brought to repair an old Heuer stopwatch that has not been working for many years. I wanted it to be repaired because, in addition to the economic value, it was an emotional memory. After about 30 days, it returned it to me as new and fully functional, making me very happy and satisfied with the work done. Absolutely recommended!
