Breve coda, tra l'altro il locale che si occupa di questa operazione si trova non nella farmacia, ma in una via adiacente e questo, dal mio punto di vista è un valore aggiunto, inoltre non c'è bisogno di prenotazione e lavorano 7 giorni su 7.Personale cordiale, tampone eseguito senza problemi. Servizio ottimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale estremamente scortese e maleducato. Nello specifico abbiamo telefonato per chiedere una semplice informazione e siamo stati trattati con estrema maleducazione e arroganza. Qualunque sia la risposta che si vuole dare alla domanda di un cliente ritengo che sia opportuno usare garbo e soprattutto educazione, cosa che in questa farmacia manca completamente! Leggendo le recensioni precedenti vedo che è opinione piuttosto comune la maleducazione del personale, quindi non trattandosi di un caso isolato sconsiglio vivamente questa farmacia. Fortunatamente la città di Milano è piena di farmacie che sanno trattare i clienti con maggiore educazione.
Extremely rude and rude staff. Specifically, we phoned to ask for a simple information and we were treated with extreme rudeness and arrogance. Whatever the answer you want to give to a customer's question, I think it is appropriate to use politeness and above all education, which is completely lacking in this pharmacy! Reading the previous reviews I see that the rudeness of the staff is quite common opinion, so since this is not an isolated case I strongly advise against this pharmacy. Fortunately, the city of Milan is full of pharmacies that know how to treat customers with greater education.

Però, dopo 10 giorni dal tampone negativo (sono un guarito) non mi é ancora arrivato il Green Pass... potete sollecitare l'ATS a rilasciarlo caricandolo sul Fascicolo Sanitario?
I have nothing to say about your tampon service, fast and properly performed by your operators.
However, after 10 days from the negative swab (I am recovered) the Green Pass has not yet arrived ... can you ask the ATS to release it by uploading it to the Health Record?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo telefonato per una semplice informazione sui tamponi rapidi, e ci è stata data risposta con grande arroganza e maleducazione. Volevamo semplicemente assicurarci che i tamponi per la giornata di oggi non fossero finiti, cosa che il messaggio automatico non specifica, e la farmacia ci ha risposto “che sono stufi di dare questo tipo di informazioni”. Noi siamo stufi invece di avere a che fare con personale arrogante e maleducato, che però continua volentieri a prendersi i nostri soldi. Andate altrove
We phoned for a simple information on quick tampons, and we were answered with great arrogance and rudeness. We just wanted to make sure the tampons for today weren't finished, which the automatic message doesn't specify, and the pharmacy replied "they are sick of giving this kind of information". We are fed up with having to deal with arrogant and rude staff, who however gladly continue to take our money. Go elsewhere

Clean & well organized too.

We were trying to find an open pharmacy to do rapid tests for almost 6h in the center of Milan, on Sunday. When we called the pharmacists and explained that we were going to miss our flight the next morning, they gently helped us -after the closing hour- so that they can serve us with the rapid tests.
Highly recommended for the professionalism and willingness to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here on a Sunday to get a rapid antigen test. Be prepared to wait more than 2 hours in line. Doors open at 9...and you may not have to wait as long.
15 euros like normal. You will get the test here on a Sunday.
Staff inside was cheerful and easy-going once you take your test. Then back outside, wait another 30 min to get results.
Bring something to do in line.
