HO acquistato un mese fa 5 articoli da farmacia Alzaia pavese su Alieto dichiarando consegna in 48 ore e il risultato e che dopo 2 settimane me ne hanno spedito soltanto uno... ho posto il problema a loro è sintetizzo mi hanno detto che era un problema mio perché loro hanno spedito 2 pacchi uno da 4 articoli ( assurdo ) ed un pacco da solo da un articolo ( tutto assurdo ) e che dovevo arrangiarmi con il corriere... in poche parole pagato per 5 ricevuto 1... del rimborso non ne vogliono sentir parlare quindi mi sono rivolto a chi di dovere !!! Ripeto state attenti zero professionalità e zero serietà da chi tratta medicinali e se telefonate vi danno numeri da chiamare che poi ti danno le risposte di cui sopra !!!
Attention attention !!! I bought 5 items from Alzaia Pavese pharmacy on Alieto a month ago, declaring delivery in 48 hours and the result is that after 2 weeks they only sent me one ... I posed the problem to them and summarize they told me it was a problem mine because they sent 2 packs, one of 4 items (absurd) and a parcel alone of one item (completely absurd) and that I had to make do with the courier ... in short, paid for 5 received 1 ... no refund they want to hear about it so I turned to those in charge !!! I repeat be careful zero professionalism and zero seriousness from those who treat medicines and if you call they give you numbers to call which then give you the answers above !!!

Thumbs up for this pharmacy. I’ve been using their services for few years now. They don’t speak English but they’ve had patience with my italiano and always been able to help me out with whatever has been my issue.
I am a foreigner and have used their services for a few years already. They always helped me with everything and if they didn't have something, they ordered it and they arrived in less than 24 hours.
